The staff was very nice and the location was superb, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a bus stop next to the hotel that has a direct connection to the airport. The breakfast is from 0800 until 1330, which is useful if you want to sleep in. We had a view of the sea. All the signs in the hotel were in Spanish, English, and German. There is a Lidle next to the hotel as well.

The vegan options at the breakfast were limited to a salad and fruit. It would be nice if there were some signs explaining which other breakfast items were vegan. The bathtub wasn't properly cleaned when we got the room, and one time the cleaners ignored the "let me sleep" hanger at the door. The lights in the room were 11 light bulbs on the ceiling, a small light on the nightstand would have been nice.

Very clean and great value for money when you can check out at 12 and have the included brunch until 13.30

No warm bed linen so we were quite cold in the early hours. No bedside lights so only very bright ceiling lights.

It’s pretty good. Great location, bus stop just across the road and it takes to the airport/ Palma…etc. Staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Edita but there was also another super friendly girl, didn’t ask for her name 🙈 The room itself is very basic but spotless. The beds are very comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast is ok. Bacon could be done more but you’ll not go with the empty stomach. You can choose from cereal, cold meat, vegetables, fired stuff and finish with something sweet.

I strongly recommend this hotel that is even nicer in person than on the website. It has been recently renovated so all the furniture and amenities are new. The entrance is fresh and welcoming. Super clean the room and the common areas. Very well located, next to the bus stop to go to Palma and to the airport. The breakfast is copious, it starts at 8h and goes until 13h! The staff is very friendly, we had the pleasure to meet Sandra the hotel’s director, who went above and beyond to satisfy our requests with warmth and professionalism. We felt at home since the day 1, such a great experience. We will come back soon.

The check in might take a while especially if many clients arrive at the same time, but -when the booking is confirmed-the hotel sends the link to do the check in on line which I strongly recommend.

Nice simple hotel, ambience felt more youth-oriented. Great stuff, simple rooms with balcony, has almost everything you need for not a very long stay. Has a nice yard with pool (we went in off-season so didn`t swim there unfortunately). Long breakfast/brunch is a nice option if you want to sleep longer (or eat multiple times at the hotel before 13:30). Bus stop to Palma right otuside the hotel (took 40min to the center), and Lidl (+ some other shops) as well. 7min walk to the beach with nice promenade.

Room is rather small, and the bed end was in some 30cm from the wall with the TV, so I was afraid every time passing there not to knock off the TV from the wall :) Also, didn't provide a fridge.

The property is perfect for families Clean with everything you need - ping pong table and great food - the brunch is great as you can enter as many times as you want until 1.30pm. Only 10 mins walk to the beach - we went out of season and there was some wind so having accommodation that wasn’t right on the beach was more pleasant as you were out of the wind - the rooms are fine basic but clean with hairdryer and soup - they clean the rooms beautifully every day

A few drunk people at night but the staff managed them well.

Very good breakfast which was open until 1.30 pm, so you don't have to stress in the morning if you like to sleep a bit longer. Location was very good, as expected - just some minutes walking to the beach and located in a bit calmer area than the hotels who are directly at the beach. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice little balcony with a view to the sea (6th floor), and a big tv that works by casting whatever you want to watch from your phone. The staff were also very nice and provided good service. Feel like we got good value for our money by staying in this hotel. It was even a bit nicer than I had expected for this price.

Clean, staff friendly, midday check out, holding our bags on check out untill transfere to airport late afternoon so we could go out for the day. Shower room to get changed. Great brunch. Quiet hotel

Bright lights and no bedside light for bedtime reading. Could do with another pillow.

Great location with easy access to playa and central S’Arenal. Multiple shops around with Lidl and Mercadona the closest. Bus stop is literally outside the hotel. Breakfast has many variations, from traditional style english continental to more spanish options, with churros, salsa and local fresh fruit. Very welcoming staff ready to help with anything. Pool area looks great and it’s best for sunbathing!

Walls are thin so beware of the sounds coming from other rooms. Everything else is great.

The breakfast was ok, tasty, many options and the fact that the buffet was open from 8 am to 1 pm was the best part of it. The buffet employees were hardworking and handled very well the crowd that swarmed non-stop around the buffet. The location was very convenient, only 5 min from the beach (Playa de Palma beaches are amazing). We even had a nive view from our balcony.....we could the a little bit the water.

An unpleasant surprise for me and my partner was the fact that they don't have a mini fridge in the hotel room, but they gave you the option to rent it for 80 euro for 11 nights (odd hotel feature if you ask me). I guess this was the only issue regarding this accommodation.
