Liked the cleanliness and the layout of the room. It was good that it had a television. I liked the idea of a set the room, even though we didn’t use it. The pillows were very comfortable. We had to leave early as we still had a long way to drive so we were given a breakfast to take with us. We were really impressed with it! It was delicious! So a big thank you!

The air conditioning was the only thing that let the room down. We put it on the highest setting when we first entered the room but soon discovered that over time the power of the air conditioning decreased and by the middle of the night it was hot in the room again so we had to get up to reset it to cool the room down. Also I’m not sure that I like the frosted glass window between the bedroom and the bathroom, although some other customers would probably like it.

We were traveling by car and used the underground parking which is free, secure (gated), has spacious plots but not a lot of them. Entry to the parking is steep but most cars should not have a problem getting in. If you can't or don't need to stay in the underground parking there is plenty free street parking available. Breakfast was good and had plenty and diverse food choices. Staff spoke both Spanish and English and were helpful with any questions you might have. Rooms were clean and spacious. If you want to leave the car at the hotel (like we did) there is a big shopping center on a five minute walk from the hotel. There is a bus station with a cheap, frequent and good connection to the Pamplona city center.

One of our rooms was at the end of a hallway and my vent made a lot of noise from all the airconditioning units running down the hallway. I think it was just the room we were in because none of the other rooms we used had this problem. (AC did do great work!)

The rooms are absolutely excellent. And if the need is to have a location close to the motorway network rather than near the town centre, it is well situated - there is also a shopping centre nearby with a wide selection of fast food and other restaurants.

The service was generally very friendly and efficient. However, on both occasions I stayed there in June 2022, they seemed to give priority at dinner to large coach parties, meaning that it wasn't possible to eat in the hotel restaurant until fairly late. This wasn't a major deal, with alternative restaurants a short walk away, but it would have been preferable to have been able to eat at the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel on our way to england and on our way back home in Spain. The location suited our needs, there is a large shopping mall close by with shops and restaurants. Staff were very pleasant during our stay. Breakfast was the normal continental with a good choice and fresh.

We were advised that there was no restaurant for an evening meal, however, the are plenty of restaurants available in the shopping mall

Luckily we were leaving early and arrived for breakfast at 7am, a large group of people on a coach tour all arrived together soon afterwards and despite having a separate seating area allocated to them they inevitably crowded the buffet tables and had to form a very long queue all across the room. We stayed on a Sunday night, the hotel restaurant and the nearby shopping centre were both closed.

Breakfast was nice and there was lots of choice. The room we had was a double joining room which was what we asked for and this suited us due to travelling with my mum. The beds were very comfy and we had a great night's sleep. Location of the hotel was great and you were only a few minutes walk to a large shopping centre. Staff all spoke English which was a bonus and were very friendly.

The room was fresh, bright and very clean. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Very clean and fresh en-suite bathroom - ideal for our one night stay. The hotel is located conveniently just off the main motorway which suited us as we were passing through Pamplona, and is adjacent to some large shopping stores. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices & options. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm not sure how far it would be from city centre or what the local transport would be like - however, if you have a car, it would easy to get out and explore.

We stayed during San Fermin and can not be happier with this hotel!!!! Staff bilingual,breakfast excellent,beds comfortable,next to bus stop and aldi store. Hotel provided limo-bus (4$ shuttle)on a day we went to see bull run . Breakfast had three options for convenience;from 5.30am coffee and pastries,from 8.30 full buffet style and after 10.30 coffee and snacks .

Excellent staff. Very welcoming. Location, plenty free parking, modern clean room, bath plus shower. Crisp clean bedding/soft pillows. Small restaurant/bar plus excellent buffet breakfast. Wifi good for emails whatsapp. Alde next door for forgotten items. Plus other commercial outlets if staying longer. .

No English films on TV. Only news. Unable to change language on Smart TV. No Wi-Fi option for streaming. On a fire stick.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Checking in/out staff were very friendly. Parking at hotel so did not need to leave the car parked in the street. Clean hotel.

Breakfast, was basic, food was not very hot. Hot water was not hot, so when making tea it was luke warm. Coffee with milk was sweet, so if you do not take sugar was too sweet.
