Bed was comfortable. Pillows were nice. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom was well fitted. Tea-making set was a nice touch. WiFi was good. Easy access to and from the motorway, with a secure underground car park.

Nothing really. The restaurant doesn't open until 8.30 pm, but the bar (inside and outside) is very pleasant to sit and have a drink until then.

I had an upgrade to the suite junior and this was very nice from the hotel reception. the suite is very comfortable and has a big space, as well as a lobby area. The breakfast was standard for a 4 star hotel. The hotel does not charged me anything for motorbike parking.

The hotel is 10 min from the city center driving a motorbike.

Have stayed at the Zenit a few times and knew what to expect, nice modern hotel with secure parking and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, so overall, excellent value for money.

We arrived on a hot Sunday afternoon looking forward to a cold beer only to find the bar and restaurant is now closed on Sundays, which was a bit disappointing. Fortunately there are options not too far away and a mini bar in the room.

The hotel is located slightly outside of Pamplona but it is easy to reach it by car, you can park your car in the hotel parking. The room was big and spacious with all the amenities you could need. The gym was nice and also the breakfast was very good. I recommend the Hotel Zenit for your stay in Pamplona as it has a fantastic value for money ratio

The only downside for me is the bathtub in the bathroom instead of the shower

Excellent location, close to the motorway for our journey onwards. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Room was excellent and comfortable and the cleanliness was good. An added bonus was the secure underground car park which was not at an extra cost.

We would have preferred to have more sachets of tea, coffee and milk in the room, however the staff did fulfil our needs

The Check in/out was completed effortlessly by very cheery staff who made us feel welcome from the outcome. The room was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you needed. The dining room was very well spaced and the staff again made you feel welcome. The meals (evening and breakfast) were very good and excellent value for money

We could only spend one night

Room was spotless, bed was comfortable breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Secure underground parking in a dedicated motorcycle bay was great.. it has a few fast food venues closeby if that's what you prefer. access back onto the main roads was straightward.. perfect as a single night stopover. friendly staff and reasonably priced

Restaurant seating was a little uncomfortable so glad we only used it for breakfast.

Fabulous location, great underground car park to keep the car cool. Good bar, great restaurant. Can’t fault the hotel at all.

Staff retained over COVID lockdown - familiar smiling faces a real bonus. UK Passenger Locator forms printed in a jiffy - Brittany Ferries prefer paper. Morea restaurant every bit as good as we remembered it. Their secure underground car park is a plus when the car is packed full for a holiday.

Bar doesn't open until 20.00, which made for a thirsty couple of hours - two beers in the mini bar didn't last for long. Even the hotel's very good soundproofing couldn't stop the noise made by midnight 'motoring enthusiasts' hooning around the shopping centre car park behind the hotel during one night, until 03.00. Out of the hotel's control, of course.

The room was very good, roomy and comfortable, breakfast there was a good selection, bacon, fruit, cereals pastries, cheeses and cooked meats, toast etc.

The kettle was not plugged in the plug was behind a desk so that was difficult to plug it in, no milk in the room no spoons either so difficult to make a drink
