Beds were comfortable. The shower was strong, although I had to keep adjusting the water temperature. The AC unit was strong in my room. The windows overlooking the street below were surprisingly good at blocking sound, although the street partying on the opening Saturday night of San Fermain? Nothing blocks that out ; ) The room size was quite big - it could accommodate 3 people. The day staff was very helpful - calling to reserve a taxi to meet me to ensure I got to the train station on time after watching the crazies run with the bulls.

There is no breakfast, not even for purchase. The only coffee available is €1 in the lobby. No in-room kettle and the fridge is a small communal one in the lobby. There is filtered water both hot and cold in the lobby, but the hot was pretty finicky. I really didn’t like the wall gel in the shower for my hair. Made it pretty stringy.

A simple place but a 10/10 from us because the six key things we look for in a room have all been tackled professionally. Comfy bed, soundproof room, nice bedside lighting (too often overlooked), good shower, unbeatable location, easy parking. Very good value.

Everything was great. (We were confused by the message about the reception hours. If you've pre-booked this is irrelevant, you can still get in. Our fault though, we missed their WA message).

Pamplona is surprisingly nice. Very relaxed feel and the Hostal was perfect for our visit. It was great to have someone from the staff to talk to and to get recommendations from. Very refreshing in this age of access codes and virtual interaction.

The parking was very close to the hostal but it was expensive. A car is not needed to visit the interesting part of the city.

Its the 3rd time staying at the hotel.. I think price - location-room balance is great. Right in the heart of Pamplona plus 30 mins walking distance 15min by public transport from the train station which works great for me.

Staff is great, they send you all instructions with code of entry. Once I arrived and my battery was low so I didn't have the code, my bad, then entry was a bit more complicated.

The location is perfect. Located in the center of Pamplona, in a very safe area, very close to hundreds of restaurants and the taxi stop swell as the bus station. Very nice restaurant in the corner: "Ezcabarte Centro"

The hostel was easy to find close to car park. Room was clean as was bathroom. Good location for bars and resturants Very helpful and pleasant young lady at reception.

Issue with parking as hostel has concessionary rate couldn't access car park. Lots of horn honking with cars behind us the issue was quickly resolved by lady parking attendant.

We stayed at the hostal for 3 nights while on the Camino. The hostal was very well located and close to the Camino, restaurants, and bars. The room was spacious and clean. The only drawback was the common area. It only provided a microwave, water, and coffee. It would have been nice if there had been some paper plates, cutlery, napkins, and better lighting (outside office hours)

1) Location - close to the historical-cultural district as well as the Camino de Santiago Path & Pilgrim office ; also close to several restaurants / food 2) Staff was very nice and helpful and spoke English 3) I stayed there one night a week apart . I would stay there again if in the area . Good value for the money

Had some trouble setting the temperature in the room , esp at night while trying to sleep.

Lovely central location a couple of doors down from Cafe Roche, the oldest bar in Pamlona. Very well managed accommodation. Nice room with balcony. Good WiFi. Nice communal coffee making facilities.

On Saturday night it is noisy outside despite excellent double glazed windows.

The place is located in the city centre, you are literaly in the middle of everything. I had requested parking and there's an agreement with a local parking garage to allow you to park there for a minimal fee. It's very convenient and much safer to do this. The room is great, you have a balcony with visual access to the street and a great view. The room was very clean with a good ensuite bathroom available. Reception are wonderful. Very helpful with information on where to eat and what to visit, they are very friendly and the same applies to the cleaning staff, who are very professional.

There is nothing to eat inside the hotel but you are in the middle of the city and the hotel have stated that they are looking to add features in the near future. It's not really a dislike, more a waiting for more features. Free water and tea/coffee is available.
