Comfortable room, clean and well located, Nice breakfast

Paid parking outside, it starts to be changed at 8:30 AM.

It was easy to find my room. It was very clean and tidy, and it was quiet.

On arrival I was told that the parking area might be very busy and it would be better to park in the street. Surely the parking area is busy if the hotel is busy. This comment comes up a lot. Maybe the hotel should declare the parking area is private and that parking is only on the street. The good side of this is that it was very cheap to park on the street, and I was lucky to get a space opposite the main entrance. They were surprised I had a dog! I did notify them about parking, and my dog and I also got confirmation from them. 15 euro it cost for my dog for one night, it is 10 euros for each succesive night.

I asked for my room to be switched as a) it smelt of smoke and b) the window was covered over and it felt pretty claustrophobic. The kind two ladies on the desk swapped me to a much nicer room with no smell and a view out over the trees/park. I really appreciated it as I just wanted to hibernate in my room after driving all day - thank you. There is on street parking for a small charge but I paid 9 eur for the underground parking

Great location close to parks, shopping and the University of Navarra. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient restaurant on site we great food at affordable prices.

Service at the restaurant was a little slow at times.

Despite the fact, that the hotel is not located in the very center, it is quite close, you can get to the Old town by foot in approx 20-30 minutes or by bus. Anything you might need located nearby - minimarket, restaurants, fitness centre. The hotel itself is very tidy and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is almost zero soundproofing, so you can hear a child crying in the next room like it's right next to you, and the people walking and chatting on a different floor at 3 am in the morning. So don't forget to take your earplugs!

Hotel was was good and also close to the Camino route, all the staff are nice and friendly.

centrally located with a multitude of eating options, close to a bus line and a friendly and helpful staff.

when we first checked in there was room damage. the staff didn’t take note of the damage until we returned late at night and then reassigned us to a smaller room. I complained and after checking three other rooms finally found a comparable room. also the room keys had to be rekeyed multiple times.

No English translation on the menu so didn't know what to choose. Breakfast cold and ran out of some things. Hotel parking expensive and access was difficult

Easy on-street parking by the park across from the hotel. Good for walking the dog. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room overlooked the park...and the car. Comfortable room, huge bed. Excellent breakfast, probably the best I've seen compared to the usual chain hotels. This was our second stay, great place for a break when driving south to the sun!
