We stayed three nights during the Sanfermines. Prices were significantly higher during that time. Difficult for pilgrims on the Camino to find something affordable (and available) during that period. Fortunately we booked way earlier.

Icon hotel made our rest after Petra 6 hour hiking more than confortable: it was 5 minutes walk from rhe entrance, we arrived way before the check in hour and they took all our luggage which they brought to our room. Issa was very kind to us. Beds and pillows were very confortable and the shower had rain-like water both cold and hot. Very good value for money, I would repeat.

He rooms were very good. The shower was really good and the bed was confortable. The staff is really kind. It's 20 minutes from the old town I made walking every day.

They don't serve breakfast so you have to go outside and they suggest a bakery that's ok. If they have other better places nearby, it would be nice, but this is not an issue of the place.

Clean, safe, 24 hour vending machine with basic sandwiches and drinks, much more a hotel than a hostel

One of the staff rolled her eyes at me when I was confused by how to turn on the lights (you have to put your keycard on a slot thing on the wall for the electricity in the room to work); thought that was unnecessary. it didn’t really matter to me, but my room didn’t have a tv, so if you want one I’d call and check beforehand.

- There is no air conditioning, the ceiling fan is very noisy. - No free parking nearby. It is difficult to deal with parking if you don't know Spanish.

Value for.money

No airconditioner, all we had was a ceiling fan. It was ok, but on hot summer in Spain, it might not be enough. Luckily Pamplona is much colder than other provinces and nights are tolerable.

super helpful staff at the reception. the room and bathroom were both spacious and new. the common kitchen and dining area on the ground floor was very cosy.

we didn't have problem with the temperature, but it seems there's no air-conditioning in the rooms.

It was very hot as it was a week of a heat wave in Spain and no air conditioning was somewhat uncomfortable but that's no usually the case I suppose.

Whilst away from the main city area it was easy to find close bus stops. The neighbourhood was safe and offered many cafes and restaurants as well as a supermarket and other shops. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with information.

Very modern comfortable and clean. Helpful staff (we needed more towels and they did not charge).

The location even though close to a bus stop is 20-30 minutes from the very center of Pamplona. Even though it has hotel prices (week of San Firmin in Pamplona) the service is more that of an Hostel so be aware when booking.
