A clean, modern hotel perfectly situated close to the main square and citadel, with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Although located on a main road the room was surprisingly quiet.

There was no parking at the hotel, instead we had to park in an underground car park which fortunately was only 5 minutes walk away. The hotel had a small cafe attached which served breakfast, but the cost was 13 Euros each and we were told this included only 1 cup of tea or coffee! Instead we walked around the corner to a local bakery and enjoyed a lovely breakfast.

The location was excellent (just a few minutes from the main square). The hotel is very clean and in great shape. The staff was very helpful and, in particular, Eduardo (front desk) was absolutely delightful and very thoughtful (he made our stay very pleasant). I would totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not that cheap, but I guess it was because of the high season (holy weekend). Also, sound isolation from adjacent rooms/corridor was not great, although it was nothing to worry about (it certainly was not bad).

Here I was able to choose either breakfast provided, which was good, or to buy just coffee and toast which suits me best

Great location. On the edge of the old town full of charming shops restaurants and interesting things to ponder.Excellent bus service and in contrast to old town, modern area with shopping,cafes and restaurants.

The hotel was wonderfully clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent for both enjoying the city and also walking the Camino de Santiago. Mirabel (we think) at the front desk was exceptional as we arrived and had questions concerning our stay. The next morning, Edouardo was very helpful in managing our bag transfer service. He also hosted the breakfast buffet, which is an excellent start for a day of hiking, and he makes a wonderful cafe con leche. Excellent service all around.

Parking in Pamplona is difficult. The help we received from the hotel was beyond brilliant. The staff, especially Eduardo, are great. Very comfortable and a fair price.

What a find. Everything was perfect! I arrived really late and yet the staff was really friendly and accommodating! The shower was fabulous, the breakfast great, and the staff helped me get to the bus station!!!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms with attentive staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located just around the corner from the tapas bars and close to Plaza del Castillo.

Great location for visiting the old town. Car park very close. Spotlessly clean, great shower. Friendly staff.

We stayed here for three nights. The room and bar/restaurant were great! The location was very convenient. And the friendly and extremely helpful staff were outstanding! I’d highly recommend Hotel Ciudadela.
