This was our 4th stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent as usual. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, there is a small refrigerator in the room. Wifi was very good. We ate breakfast from the self service buffet. It was not a loaded buffet but the food was very good. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel but we did not eat there this time. The hotel is very convenient and fairly easy to find. Our room overlooked the street so it can get loud in the evenings if windows were kept open! The front desk staff arranged for a taxi to take us to Estella.

We wished we could have stayed longer but we had to leave. Next time we will go to the bar and restaurant.

We got unhelpful directions to the hotel carpark and ended up driving to the wrong one. When I said we were driving in a message they said they would let me know if there was space when we got there. It was a struggle to find somewhere to park outside the walls to then go to the hotel to find the details. A plaza was written on a card which didn’t come up in Google. To cut the story short we wasted 2 hours of a one night stay and found our own carpark… which I should have done to start with!!!

Location was excellent, in the heart of Pamplona's old town, but relatively quiet as it was just off the main square/thoroughfare. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the main dining room was good, with sufficient choice. There was also a good attached bar/cafe which we used when we only wanted light snacks or drinks.

Nothing really that we disliked. We could not find out how to use the hand held shower at first but staff showed us what to do when we enquired. There could have been more shelves in the bathroom for toiletry items but that is a small quibble.

Good directions provided by hotel for parking car. Room was at the back of the hotel on the 5th floor with a view over the nearby houses. Room as not big but adequate, very quiet, good shower, comfy bed. Breakfast was very good. Location was great in that it was in the centre but away from the main pedestrian areas. Friday night and the place was heaving with people. Found a great pasta restaurant in the main square, sat outside and listened to some good music. Would go back again!

Clean, helpful to have a person on reception at all hours.

Small and a bit cramped for a family room. It would have been a very comfortable 2-person room. Considering how hot it was, the fans did help, but would be great if top sheets were provided as a covering rather than a hot duvet. Too noisy on a Saturday night to keep the windows open. No lifts, guests have to carry luggage up 2 flights to the reception, then for us, one more flight to our room.

Rooms have been remodeled and are very nice. Actually they are great. Very convenient and right on the Camino. Nice breakfast - sort of serve yourself. This is a small property that is quite old and very lovely. We’ve stayed her twice with previous owners and it has a wonderful facelift. Beautiful furnishings and design.

It would be nice if there was a small light / nightlight in the bathroom. It was very dark

People was BEST!! BEST of all. Locations is excellent. Near all things in town. Near Parking was excellent. Room was very good. Met expectations. Staff were very nice and cafeteria/ bar on premises was excellent? Fantastic people very helpful and friendly.

Room was HOT!!! I realize temperature was a bit unusual. However, I wish I would have had control of the air conditioning. Hotel did provide a fan after request.

Lovely hotel, clean and well kept. Nice room on our first stay, we returned a few days later and the next room was smaller with no view. Good AC. Great little restaurant attached, good for coffee and tapas. The staff were great, except for the check in guy the second time. He was quite abrupt and unfriendly. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, but quiet at night.

Coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

Location A+- be aware you will be driving in an area that requires permit that hotel provides to the city. Parking is 1 block away from the hotel- extremely secure but challenging for tourist to access on a first run. Get your luggage first to the hotel (normally cars not allowed), they will give you directions to park car. breakfast was very very good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is right in historical area within walking distance to ALL the main sites, from Plaza de Toros, to the Fort, to the main historical streets. The rooms are big and comfortable considering the location and cost. Will not hesitate to stay here again!

As a tourist, driving to the hotel street on an area normally not cars allowed .

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff in a central location. We stayed one night and had a very pleasant experience. The location is super convenient and there is parking available close by. The old town an restaurants are a short walk away from the hotel.

The internet connection is free and usable for mail and browsing, but it was not really stable when we used it. Not a major issue though, and likely temporary.
