The food was nice, there's quite a lot of choice, an the desserts were tasty. The room was clean an spacious. Good view from the balcony!. Overall nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, would return.

The room wasn't ready to check into on arrival had to wait, was allowed to go for lunch whilst waiting ( lunch was good ).. There's a 50euro deposit which wasn't returned within the 3 days they said. But was eventually returned. Would be better if had lactose free options on the food, sauces etc.

I really liked the layout of the hotel, a pool on each side of hotel, several other separate sun bathing areas, the music and entertainment was great, staff were really friendly, all inclusive was well worth the money, the cocktails at the pool bar were lovely, the snack bar open nearly all day was very handy, lovely breakfast in the buffet, plenty of arcade games, pool tables, air hockey, ping pong etc the room was lovely and big too with a sea and pool view. great stay altogether

poor selection at buffet for vegetarians for lunch and dinner, not much other than margarita pizza and chips

The check in and restaurant staff were lovely. There was plenty of food choices and it was impeccably clean. The bathroom was also lovely with a nice walk in shower. Very comfortable beds as well. Also, great location.

The staff at the pool (lifeguards) were ready rude. Maybe should have a couple more channels on the tv’s for English guests. Also, I didn’t get the room I paid for and when I asked reception about it, I was told there weren’t available but no refund was offered for the difference. I booked and paid for a deluxe double room but was given a standard. Although the room was lovely, it wasn’t what I paid for and I think i should have been entitled to a partial refund.

You will not be bored or hungry here!! With a few pools, everything you could want to eat at the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and a well stocked snack bar, entertainment, and amazing weather and staff, it made for a great getaway for a couple of days, everything was on site from gym to supermarket, I did have a couple of days out but you could have checked in and stayed there the whole time if that’s what you like!

The only thing was there was storage for baggage once you checked out but it wasn’t lockable - so I had to put my bag in their with everyone else’s and just hope everyone going in the storage room was a good person who wouldn’t steal my baggage 🤣

My family and I had a wonderful, peaceful, pleasant and fun week at Abora Buenaventura by Lopesan Hotels. We liked everything! The hotel is super well located, the staff are helpful and polite, the room we stayed in was large and clean; the drinks, especially the beer, were always super cold, which is incredible! Every day there were different varieties of food and plenty of food, which made me return home with a few extra pounds :)🤭

Excellent swimming pools and pool area. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. If you want a quiet part of the hotel, book a deluxe room as it can be a bit noisy beside the pool area. Most areas walkable from hotel. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The shower leaked over the bathroom floor and the flush button for the toilet needed properly fixing to the wall, but it didn’t impact the enjoyment of my stay.

The service was exceptional. I arrived early and was able to start using the pool and the all inclusive, and on the day I left I had an evening flight and I was able to use the all inclusive until I had to leave for airport. I didn't expect either so I was really happy how accomodating they were. I don't usually choose all inclusive but here it was so nice to lay by the pool and enjoy the two all inclusive pool bars. The food was excellent too and changed every day

The animation team at the pool were amazing! Really entertaining. The staff in and around hotel were always cleaning, it was spotless. I was amazed by the huge amount of food for choice at lunch times. No way is it possible for someone to go hungry. And a wide variety of food in the snack bar. The bar staff were lovely and nothing was ever an issue. Always happy and polite.

I really couldn't fault it. If I had to really pick something then maybe the hair salon being open later would have been good although this is ok due to covid

towels in the sun beds before breakfast should have kettle & teabags milk etc in room there was a coffee machine not everyone drinks coffee

We loved everything! The staff is so friendly, they speak several languages, they are professional. Children are welcome and they have really good content for children. The whole hotel is extremely clean and they constantly take care of cleanliness. All inclusive is really in the full sense, you can't stay hungry and thirsty. they also have a free bus to the beach.
