Some areas not very clean, toilet seats were stained. Night entertainment was poor could be improved

The staff were excellent, very helpful, knowledgable and professional, it was a busy period but they were able to deal with everyone personally.

I am vegetarian, there were not meal labels on the food to enable me to choose meat/fish free meals. Waiter Pedro and his male colleague (whose name I didn't catch) were fantastic in quizzing the chef and making sure my meals adhered to my chosen diet.

Was very clean upon arrival Room exceeded expectations and had a lovely balcony view facing the direction of the sun. Lots of storage space.

Would like to have more than one pillow for the sofa bed. Shower flooded the bathroom floor.

Helpful and friendly staff, great location as very close to the beach, good meals and wide variety of choice, excellent pool and poolbar, clean rooms and nice flora in the garden around the pool, enough amount of sunbeds. Definitely recommend to stay here.

The only possible disadventage I can mention is that the walls are a bit thin so we were able to hear our neighbors clearly and their TV really loudly but it depends on who are staying next door.

The buffet variety was fantastic, good quality and fresh ! Rooms cleaned to an extremely high standard , reception staff , house keepers and chefs all extremely helpful , polite and warm. Pool area clean and well kept , plenty if beds.

Entertainment wasn’t up to much, found the bar staff/dining room staff and the animation team quite rude at times but interactions were quite limited so it didn’t impact us in anyway.

Clean, good choices for food, friendly staff, good accommodation staff

Not much choice for food for kids, IE chicken nuggets, plain sausages etc etc, no ketchup?? Beds hard, could really use mattress toppers or upgrading single mattresses for new ones

Rooms meals was spot on

The stairs from food area to pool area burnt my feet on steps ended up with burnt blisters under my foot. Need a sign to advise customers its very hot

Nothing was amazing

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Tasty breakfasts and dinners, lots of vegetables and fruit.

The staff were very friendly, David and Nina the entertainment team were exceptional everyday and made the holiday so much fun!

The food variety on some days was not the best with it being a all inclusive buffet.
