Great hotel to stay at! We arrived earlier than planned and they were able to check us in (we had to wait about 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned, but it was still a couple of hours before the normal check-in). The room was clean and modern, with a huge TV (and Netflix available!), we were on the second floor, so we didn't have an ocean view per se, but we had a nice view of the pool. The food was great - a very large selection each morning and evening. For breakfast they had a live station for scrambled eggs or fried egg, for dinner they always had live stations for multiple types of meat/fish. As always, there were foods we liked and foods we didn't, but each person has their own preferences, so understandable. They had a good selection of veggies and fruits, which we appreciated, as that's not always the case in hotels. They also prepared an excellent margarita at the bar, which is the perfect thing you need for a vacay! Some small things that also made it nice to stay there and were much appreciated - beach towels (for free, only need to give a deposit, can be exchanged daily), sauna, jacuzzi on the roof, they also had a gym, which looked very nice, but we didn't use it. The beach was a 5 minute walk away, store was right across the street, bus stations were at most a 5 minute walk away as well. Had many car rental places (we rented two times for 1 day from rental service Omega, which was easy to do and had good prices). There's not one bad thing I can say about the hotel as we loved our stay there and it's definitely our top choice for hotels if ever in Gran Canaria again.

I loved the room overlooking the sea, the pool area, with comfortable sun lounges where reading or relaxing and soaking up the sun was sheer bliss. The on-site restaurant was a culinary delight, offering a diverse menu and dishes that cater to all tastes. The quality of the food was exceptional. What truly set the hotel apart, however, was its extremely friendly staff, especially the restaurant manager Alexis, who went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and attended to at all times. Their warm hospitality and exceptional service significantly contributed to the overall excellence of the stay, making it a top choice.

Wifi in the room 714 was week. Had to keep the room doors closed and could not sit on the balcony as much as I liked because of people smoking on adjacent balconies.

Great staff. Very helpful from the reception, to the waiters, to the cleaning staff. Great buffet for both breakfast and dinner. All in all, amazing place.

Everything was perfect, check in was quick and courteous, ( the towel situation was not explained but we worked this out the following morning) The hotel was spotless and smelt clean at all times. Our Room 701 was mountain facing which was fine, and everything was in good working order, clean and the bed was very comfy and a super king. Plenty of wardrobe space and places to store our things. A kettle and fridge in room was so handy, I always bring the ready made coffee sachets for a quick cup before heading to breakfast. The food at breakfast was great, a huge variety and fresh, breakfast runs till 10.30 and the staff were very accommodating after this time, asking if there was anything else we needed before they started to clear it away. The pool area was so relaxing, although it may seem that there isn't many beds we never struggled to get them after breakfast. Sun loungers and cabana beds super comfy. We only went up to the roof once, again clean and comfy surroundings, although i didn't see anywhere to get refreshments, so we stayed at the main pool. Overall great hotel and great location ( 2 mins from the beach/the Irish centre/the bus station)

The sunbeds around the pool were quite cramped, but it didn't affect our stay, just would have been nice to have a bit more room to manoeuvre them

We went half board and the food was well presented, very varied with a different theme every evening. Breakfast was lovely too. So much food on offer. Facilities were excellent, so clean.everywhere, the workforce worked tirelessly to keep everything spic and span, all good quality equipment and plenty of beds or chairs to sit outside in the sunshine or under cover. Good air conditioning system and also nice to have a large balcony not over looked by others. Staff on reception were so helpful with good English to advise us. Great location, short walk from the sea front and nearby shops and flat too, a bonus. Adult only was a bonus for us, calm.and quiet environment with everything geared around adults, mostly middle or older aged.

I would have liked teabags, coffee and some milk in the rooms or accessible at reception Kettle and small fridge in room was handy though.

This was my third time staying here and I have never been disappointed, the hotel grounds are immaculate and very clean. The staff are friendly and professional. The food choice is very good. Poolside is wonderful and relaxing. The Bed was very comfortable, room balcony and sea / pool view all great. I would highly recommend this hotel, perfect !

Nothing major but some of the furniture in the room was tired and could do with replacing, a couple of areas in the bathroom needed attention and the mini fridge wasn’t functioning / working properly but apart from this no complaints.

Loved the location, not in the middle of the madness. Pool facilities were excellent. There was a trend of people leaving their towels on chairs early on in the morning and walking off. I think the hotel should reinforce their policy on this. We had pool bar food for lunch a few times and I couldn’t fault it. Breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was a decent size. Excellent staff

The room was in dire need of being repainted to the point where the walls looked dirty. Same goes for the caulk around the shower and the toilet. It was old and looked dirty but when we entered the room it was clearly clean from the smell. The lifts are a disaster. Very slow and small and there are only 2. We were on the 7th floor and I was 30 weeks pregnant so wasn’t the best situation. I would advise people with limited mobility to request a room on a lower floor.

Excellent location close to beach, bars and shops . Good public transport close by. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food very good. Bar prices very reasonable for a hotel. Good gym and great pool plus roof terrace with spa pool.

As with all holiday hotels they suffer from the inconsiderate who think they have the sole right to their personal sun loungers reserving very early and leaving unoccupied, other than by a towel, for hours. Some also believe restaurant dress code does not apply to them.

Lovely Hotel in an excellent location with everything you need on the doorstep. Hotels facilities are great especially the pool and gym, and activities to join should you wish to do so. The added bonus of a rooftop solarium with amazing views. Meals were good, fabulous choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Every area of the Hotel was very clean and the staff always friendly.

Wi fi signal not great on the higher floors. Food could have been a little hotter, maybe adding a couple of microwaves to the dining room would allow guests to use (should they choose to)

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. Right next to the hotel there is a bus stop, a shop and a promenade with a beach. Free parking for hotel guests. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious and very varied. The pool area and sun loungers are clean and comfortable. Of particular note is the extremely friendly and courteous staff of the hotel. We really liked the animators Sarah and Douglas, as well as the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff. Everyone is doing their job very well. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back here next time.
