I liked the location and the staff were really friendly, the restaurant downstairs were really good I would recommend the food there

There were cockroaches in my bathroom each night which I guess can't be helped but it would be good to have some bug spray or something provided to help get rid of them

Amazing location, 7 min walk to beach front with bars and rest one way and to yumbo centre the other, but also about 4/5 restaurants right on door step too! steak restaurant opposite was very nice! shop opposite very handy reception staff very very friendly, great communication restaurant on site and next door nice balcony and room facilities, kettle/ toaster/ microwave so was able to have toast and meats/ cheese from shop opposite and tea each morning for brekkie without having to rush out warned beforehand that pool would be closed due to repair work, was able to use lovely hotel pool next door so no problem, grounds look lovely so will be lovely pool area once finished which I don’t imagine will be long as they were retiling while we were there. great value!!!

single beds as always in these hotels i had to push together but not the same bit outdated in room but fine for what we needed but this is also reflected in the price

Cleaners were amazing; they came nearly every day. We have stayed now 3 years in a row. This year was my partners 40th and they left him champagne and a lovely card. Lovely touch: it’s 5 minutes from the beach. 5 minutes from lots of restaurants. Pool was very clean

Not a complaint at all, but if your looking for a hotel with lots of English speaking guests this isn’t really the place. I personally love that it’s majority Spanish but I know some want the English / Irish culture.

A very clean apartment with TV & facilities for light cooking Towels changed 3 times a week & sheets twice. Maid service 5 times a week. Card entry & 24hr reception Lovely grounds & pool.

Nothing, all was good. For the price charged it was good value, Close to beaches & shopping centres. Buses to the airport & other resorts run along the road outside. WiFi is free on ground floor only but good WiFi available in apartment for a small charge.

Beds are a bit too firm. Clean rooms but the one I was in could do with painting, the woodwork especially. Satellite tv but only BBC news channel available for English speaking guests

Swimming pool was great and the shops just across from the apartment. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Nice view from the balcony and its not to far to walk to the beach.

I Didn't see anywhere that I had to leave a deposit but was told on arrival they only take cash, also WIFI is included in public area but have to pay for apartment.

Decent good value apartments in a good location. Basic but has everything you need. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds and shades. Friendly staff

Good location near the centre of Playa Del Ingles, lot of shops and places to eat nearby, close to the beach

Beds are a bit on the firm side and the towels and bedsheets, whilst clean, have seen better days.

Staff friendly and helpful for a late arrival, location is excellent and the rooms are bright and clean.

The single beds are very narrow and ideally queen size beds would be available for single people. The property would also benefit from a Pool Bar/restaurant

Room was not swept on the one occasion housekeeping came in, I grabbed a broom and swept it myself…. Don’t think floor was mopped on that occasion. I sent housekeeping away on second occasion as I kept the room clean.
