Loved balcony. Kitchen well equipped. Very close to beach and supermarket

Neighbours a little noisy with music.

Close to the beach and my apartment was clean and was mainly quiet during my stay. Receptionists were helpful and I would look to book here again in my next holiday in Playa del Ingles. Would recommend TBA for anyone looking to holiday in Gran Canaria!

Nothing really....minor problem on my first night as the apartment had no towels. Spoke to Ruth in reception next morning and she apologized...no big deal and no problems thereafter.

Nice apartment for a great price. There was everything we needed, but the kitchen could use more pots. We also liked the balcony, which had a nice view. We really liked the pool, it was quiet, few people, water with a pleasant temperature. The apartments are located a short distance from the beach (approx. 3 minutes' walk), restaurants and the promenade. Groceries are right opposite, across the road. And also kind and helpful staff.

We had bought a superior apartment, but we got a completely different apartment than it was in the photos. We doubted that the apartment was seriously superior.

It was the second time i stayed here, and i already have the third booked. It says everything.

* friendly and helpful staff: 1) the reception staff verified the availability of the room and checked me in much earlier, 2) following my request in a note the cleaning staff came back the following day to exchange my kitchen towel, 3) Miguel, the maintenance man, helped me with the terrace. * location/ close to the beach/supermarket/bars/discos * possibility to prepare breakfasts/ food/ drinks 1) availability of a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster a fridge and two cooking plates in the appartement 2) availability of untensils as well as a dishsoap, a fresh/ new whipping cloth, a fresh/new kitchen sponge, and a kitchen towel * spacious terrace * many TV channels

* towels changed only every three days * small beds * tricky to close the terrace * some nights are noisy from the main street (problems of all hotels given the location). Bring your earplugs, just in case.. * unfresh odor from the cloth cabinet

Surprised it's only 2 star. Facilities such as coffee filter machine, kitchen excellent. Fan and extension plug provided on request. Lovely balcony. Very spacious. Opposite local supermarket and round the corner from beach. Excellent swimming pool with sunbeds. Laundry machine/dryer available to use for 4 euros each. Wifi very good. Staff are lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Cleaning is 5 days out of 7 and very thorough.

Truthfully seems mean to pick but maybe the curtains need a bit of love, pillows a bit too soft.

The hotel is in a perfect location- only couple of minutes from the beach. The superior room and it's balcony were surprisingly big. Bottle of water and wine was waiting for me in the room. The staff is very friendly. Pool area on the 5th floor, sun until afternoon. The room was kept very clean.

The balcony doors are not soundproof so you'll hear all the street noise. If you know that this would bother you then look for something else. No sun on the balcony. The building in overall is a little bit tired and could use a renovation. But still this place is a bargain. You won't find anything better for this price.

They didn't clean or change the bed everyday

Everything was great. The location was perfect . The apartment was basic but very clean , with everything you needed for the stay. The receptionist was very helpful and fulfilled all the requests I asked. Thank you for that. The pool was clean and well maintained. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again in the near future .

Exceptional location, just minutes away from the Playa del Ingles, shops, bars, restaurants, taxis and supermarket. Really calm, safe and quiet, except those idiots screaming outside at 2 or 3am. Spacious, clean and cheap. Staff accomodating you for late check in or check out. I did not tried the pool, as the sea is accross the road. A really good address.

Might need a bit of refurbishment at some stage, especially the beds but nothing serious.
