Perfect location, only 10 -15 minutes work from plenty of bars and restaurants (including Swinger clubs if that is your thing), yet very quiet at night when you want to sleep. Parking available nearby. Felt secure as only one entrance/exit which is ocked at night. Of course fire escapes are all round. Had a minor problem with aircon which was tended to within 10 minutes. One of the best (if not the best) place we have ever stayed out in Spain. Lovely pool, private patio area too. Satelite TV.

Reception only ever seem to have one person working on it, so sometimes it was a wait for service if the person in front of you has a lot to discuss.

The bungalows and facilities are loverly with everything clean and fresh. This was our second time staying and we would defiantly stay again. The pool is large and the grounds feel like an oasis in the middle of what can be a busy resort. The housekeeping staff work super hard and always do an amazing job. We don’t tend to use the bar but it does only take card payments.

The reception staff are rude and dismissive. We emailed the property 6 months before our arrival asking for 2 bungalows next to each other and we’re told they would try to accommodate this. When we arrived we were opposite sides of the property. When we asked why we weren’t next to each other we were told it was because the hotel was full. With 6 months notice you think they would be able to plan accordingly but reception staff were quite frankly rude about it and didn’t offer any apology. Multiple times on our trip when we approached reception to ask a question or book a taxi there was no staff on reception and we had to stand around for 5-10 mins before being brushed off. Not every hotel is perfect but this did make us question coming again to an otherwise perfect hotel.

The bungalow was spacious, clean and well equipped. You have your own patio with loungers and table and chairs. The TV has BBC1 which was a bonus and able to watch some Wimbledon. The pool was in a lovely setting with natural shade if you wished to keep out of the sun. Check out was at 12, so not rushed on the day of departure to leave the bungalow. Supermarket very close by and lots of great places to eat.

Our bungalow was on the end of the first row so right next to the road which is on a bus route and people walking past. We live on a very quiet road, so found this routine noise difficult.

We had a very good stay with our family. The children loved the pool that was rinsed/cleaned every morning. Luckily our room had no problems (compeared with other family members) and everything worked perfect. The reception staff was very helpfull.

Breakfast was ok. Would be better if there was one extra staff. There was only ONE service staff to handle everything (set and clear the tables, clean dishes, fill the buffet etc.) That one person was running around and had no chance to both fill the buffet, clean everything and be service minded. Stressfull to watch and made the atmospher more stressfull than neaded.

We have stayed in about 20 hotels in 2022. This is the only one that exceeded our expectations, and is the one we will go back to. The setting is really beautiful. The gardens are superb, the pool is wonderful. The entire place feels wonderfully calm.....which in Playa del Ingles is amazing!

What didn't we like??? Leaving!!

The property was spotless both inside the bungalow and outside area. The breakfast was superb very day with a huge variety of food, The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, particularly Marta. She told us how to get to different places and we even met her mother when we went on a tour of the island!!. A variety of restaurants for evening meals were all within walking distance even for two older ladies and the bus stop was less than 80 metres away. A very happy stay in late January. We didn't have airconditioning or heat (extra) but we didn't need it. There was a fan but we didn'need it

I came early and was allowed to check my bag until room was available. Staff was reasonably helpful. The bungalow was reasonably large, with large bed room and great room area. The breakfast was nice and clean. Pool was nice, although there could be more chairs. The property was well kept (landscaping) and quiet.

Room was ok but the bed was on wheels and moved around too much. AC was reasonably good, would prefer option for colder room. A couple cockroaches managed to get into the kitchen area. The TV’s were way too small for the bedroom and great room.

The villa was lovely and had everything you require. However, their is no mirror in one of the bedrooms. Which hinders you getting ready. Especially when it’s a group of 5 females trying to get ready. The maids were lovely and very friendly, as were the reception staff too. Who went above and beyond to help my friend who became ill. The Villa was roughly 30 mins from the airport. 10 mins walk to the Yumbo Centre. Lots of restaurants and drag clubs. We didn’t know the area is well known for being the Gay Capital of Europe. It was a lovely place to visit and is in a prime location. Plenty of Sun loungers and we each received beach towels on the beds when we arrived.

Lack of mirror in one of the bedrooms, and only 2 electrical sockets in each bedroom. The bar staff were very rude, on our first day one of the ladies went to get a drink and she was shouted at “I am busy making a cocktail and it is cash only”. She hadn’t said a word up to this point. As it was Mardi Gras when we arrived, our own fault we didn’t research beforehand. There was live music playing behind the villas until 5am !! We also had a couple of visitors; cockroaches.

Biarritz was at the perfect spot with 5-10 mins walking distance from anywhere you desire. From the famous Sand Dunes of Maspaloma, to Playa del Ingles beach, or even to Yumbo Center, these were very easy to get to from Biarritz. As well as this, we made great use of their facilities, such as the pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and their mini golf on site.

The bungalows near the roads would be able to hear cars passing throughout the night but as our schedule was jammed pack, we were still able to sleep throughout the night due to tiredness.

We chose this property for the heated pool and hot tub, and enjoyed using those (February half-term). The property has a long U shaped pool. Not all of it was heated, but the part that was was still a good size (not rectangular, but probably similar area to a typical 25m pool). The water was cooler than the (indoor) pools we go to in the UK - it was fine for me as long as I was actively swimming, slightly on the cold side if not. The hot tub is warm rather than hot. Bungalow/location all good.

Nothing I didn't like. In an ideal world the pool and hot tub would be a couple of degrees warmer. Some noise in the evening (music from far away, so probably part of being in Playa del Ingles).
