Location is perfect , staff are super friendly, Anna (Annia)from reception was very nice and helpful- explained to me all the details about where to go and explore the island. Ladies who clean the room every day - super friendly. Couldn’t ask for more . Money wise super value, nice rooms , kitchen with full equipment so u can cook or do your breakfast 🍳. Remaining staff from reception fantastic. Also the place offer chill out zone after check out , u can store your luggage, watch tv , or be by the pool and even have a shower 🚿 (after check in ) I know I felt like with a family . Loved it every minute and I will be back 👋🤗❤️

One thing I will change is the shower gel provided for a little bit better although I bought my own.

Beds were comfortable. Apartment clean. Towels and bedding changed during the week's stay. Nice pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Nearby choice of supermarkets and shopping centre. Close to beach. Near to airport bus stop and transport generally. At least 2 nearby markets on Wed and Sat. Free airport transfer to apartment. Excellent facilities after checkout while waiting to transfer to the airport transfer like toilet and HOT shower.

Airport transfer dropped us off 1 1/2 blocks away for no apparent reason. Not required for our February stay but no air conditioning for hot summer months. There was a floor fan though. Unusual layout with internal bedroom and bathroom.

My experience in the Strelitzias apartments during this Christmas period was excellent. In the beginning, they had offered me a room facing the pool, but I wasn't there to swim but to relax and prepare for an exam. I asked for a room off the passage. They offered me a room on the 4th floor. I chose these apartments because I saw on Google Map that they had a terrace facing south, therefore exposed to the sun all day. It was warm during the day and cool at night. Really excellent. The apartment was sufficiently large, about 30 square meters. It had a small kitchen with fridge, two electric hobs, microwave, a filter coffee maker (I recommend bringing a moka), water heater, toaster and was complete with pans, plates and cutlery. The table in the kitchen was small. Better to eat on the terrace. If it's too sunny you can ask for an umbrella. If something is missing, just ask the staff and they will provide it. The bathroom had a shower of approximately 70x70 cm and the hot water was always available. The lack of a bidet in the bathroom is a problem for Italians. You have to take another shower. There is a large living room, with a sofa and a coffee table, with a television in front. This isn't very logical because I think that we do not go to Canarie to watch television. I would say that the sofa and coffee table are useless, especially considering the microscopic dimensions of the kitchen table and the availability of a terrace. The Wi-Fi was good. They clean the apartment almost every day and change the towels often. There was no air conditioning but only a fan. I was there in the winter and definitely didn't need any cooling equipment. I don't know if there could be any problems in the summer. There are very few mosquitoes, but it is better to take precautions in the apartment because they can enter in the evening. There is a Dino market 50 meters away so it's easy to do your shopping.

I complained too late about the loud voice of the neighboring guest who spent hours on the phone on the terrace for the entire period of my stay (almost 20 days). It was very annoying. It was my fault that I didn't ask to move to another apartment right away.

This apartment is perfect. Location is right by the beach by a few minutes walk. The facilities are great for self catering accommodation. There are bars and restaurants nearby literally across the road. There is also a small supermarket opposite the apartment. Everything here was perfect and me and my family could not fault it. Most importantly, the staff are amazing here! They really went above and beyond for us. I left something behind during my holiday here and they were so kind to post it to Ireland for me. This is very much appreciated!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The apartments were very clean and we loved the cleaners coming in almost every day. The pool was lovely and the area around it was kept very clean. There were enough beds and umbrellas for the people who were there. We were close to the beach which is beautiful and we loved the lift that went up and down to the beach as it is hilly. Supermarket just around the corner plenty of stuff to buy except meat, very little meat on sale. But they did sell gluten free products which I was very greatful for. The bus stops are very close by and there is

Firstly we were disappointed that we could not convert the tv stations with American programms to English as we do everywhere we go, the remote controls did not allow this as the menu button was not working. The kitchen could do with a few more bigger plates and maybe two mugs for tea as the coffee cups are far too small. Love the kettle and toaster and the hairdryer.

Excellent staff. We already asked a lot before check-in for the keys, and we got into the room earlier. We also received detailed information about sights, getting around the city, etc. The room was also significantly cheaper than similar ones

It would be nice if the pool could also be used at night or in the evenings. It would also be a nice addition if the common space downstairs had an oven and a washing machine and dryer

The apartment fully fulfilled what I needed, a simple place to stay with a comfortable bed, kitchen available for making quick snacks. I got lucky to have a balcony on the side of the building with a bit of a view of the beach and the ocean, that was my highlight of every morning. Pool was also convenient for a short swim and refreshment on hot days. Size of the apartment is more than enough for 1 person, and definitely sufficient for 2.

Overall very simple and somewhat older, but fully corresponding to 2*, even more than I expected.

The apartment is in great location. Just 5 min walk from the Playa de Ingles, Kasbah center just accross the road with plenty of places for drinks and restaurants. Yumbo centre is only 15min walk. The apartment was quite spacious, we had a little kitchen fully equipped, so we could have our breakfasts and cook some light dinner. The apartment was cleaned almost every day, and was all the time super clean. Bed very comfy and the staff was really helpful. We had a late flight, so we left our luggage at the reception and we were also offered the shower when we collected our luggage.

Very polite and responsive staff. Cleaning was done regularly and well. Convenient location in relation to all cafes / restaurants and two entertainment complexes Kasbah and Yumbo. About 500m to the central beach (5-7 minutes walk). There is a grocery store 30 meters away. The kitchen had everything for everyday needs. Thanks for the warm memories!

The sofa intended for the 3rd guest is extremely hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. But we asked for a thick extra mattress and the situation was quickly resolved.

The friendliness and support of the reception staff. I had a small accident on the 3rd day of my stay and as a result reduced mobilty. I was therefore stuck to my appt. for the rest of my holiday. They offered me help in every possible way. I am particularly grateful to Anna who gave me tips and assistance. Thanks a million Anna! The appt was spacious, basic, but very clean. I was happy that I had a very comfortable place to stay, doing nothing but reading my books near the pool.
