Boutique hotel with personalised service and nothing not to like. Lovely rooms - ours was overlooking the alleyway with shops and restaurants which gave it a lovely vibe. Double glazing cut any noise, which was minimal, although there isn't noise at all after 10.30pm. The lounge/breakfast area is gorgeous and light and the breakfast provided is delicious Spanish fare with fruit and pastries, and there's plenty of it. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Easy checkin/checkout. Clothes washing service provided at a minimal charge. Exceptionally clean, peaceful, stylish. Would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect.

Ara Alcudia is like home away from home - from the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt completely taken care of. Everything was perfect: to the point that we decided to make our stay longer and stayed for two extra nights! The owners are genuinely interested in their guests needs and provide all the necessary information, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, the breakfast is absolutely delicious and the hotels location simply couldn't be better. What we liked most was the unique atmosphere and sophisticated design of the hotel. We'll be coming back for more!!

The quiet, but perfect central location and the staff who are so kind and welcoming. To find a sympathetically restored and modernised boutique hotel, bang in the centre of the old town that is an oasis of peace and tranquillity is an exceptional thing. Will definitely return when visiting again as our #1 choice. Gracias!

Really nothing much at all. Only suggestions… take look under the bed please and clean more regularly. Breakfast …..cold boiled eggs that have sat on the counter for over an hour are not a great idea. Ditto cold scrambled eggs eggs.

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. It felt as if we were being welcomed into their home!! The information we received about Alcudia enhanced our visit and allowed us to fully enjoy our short stay there. We were allowed to leave our luggage after we checked out, so we were able to explore the town and see more sights before we left. Thank you, Catalina and Francisco. I hope I remembered your names correctly. If not, please forgive me.

The room was much smaller than I expected, especially for 2 single people and beds.

We do a lot of weekend travels and ARA Alcudia still manages to stand out as one of the three best places we ever visited. The photos show you already the nice fusion between modern boutique hotel and historic site, with the silent courtyard being our favorite. Arrival via access code is easy, all staff is super kind and happy, and the breakfast is a bit different from the usual with a very refined touch of love and care. Sleep was good and quiet. Bikes are allowed to be placed in the courtyard or in the rooms, if there is space. Please go and treat the hosts as loving as they treat you.

Water from the tab has a salty taste to it. It's drinkable though and anyways there is filtered water for all guests in the entrance area of the hotel.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Paco and Catalina were so welcoming and did everything they could to help us and make our stay enjoyable. The location is ideal in the pedestrian area of the old town. The building has been renovated in the Mallorquín style and is tastefully decorated retaining the original features. Our beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom modern and efficient. Varied and healthy breakfast, beautifully presented. Nothing was too much trouble for Paco . It only remains to say a big thank you and hopefully we will return before too long.

A tiny but absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel bang in the middle of Alcudia's old town. Rooms and general decor/vibes were perfect. Felt traditional but also modern and clean. Breakfast was delightful and everything was so well thought out, right down the tiny portions of spanish omelette! Although reception wasn't manned 24 hours, staff were very helpful and always available to answer questions via Whatsapp. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel on our last day and use a small WC/shower room before we headed to the airport on the bus. The main bus stop for the old town is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel, as are all of the restaurants and shops. We had the perfect short stay at ARA and would recommend to anyone!

I think the only thing that would have improved our stay is a small swimming pool, but I imagine most of the hotels/accommodation in the old town are pool-free due to lack of space. Some rooms at ARA do have a very small plunge pool on the balcony, but we honestly didn't feel that it was needed as you're so close to the beach via the bus.

a lovely little boutique hotel in the very center of Old Town (you have to park outside or get a cab to outside and then walk a short distance to the hotel within the old walled city). great location. very good breakfast. excellent coffee. fantastic shower. I walked to Port Alcudia every day, about 2 km away to look at the sea and enjoy other things it had to offer like dolphin trips and restaurants. great staff. it was my Birthday while I was there and they brought me flowers and chocolates. I recommend the restaurant immediately to the right of the property. have cod gratin with honey. you will die.

I think in summer it may be better to say closer to Port Alcudia as this place is far from the sea. But there are buses and cans and your feet!

The old town of Alcudia is very nice, and this hotel is in the center of the 13th century (and possibly older) walls. The host was very welcoming and explained everything well. The room was modern with excellent private balconies which were perfect to enjoy wine 🍷.

Being athletic, it was not a problem for us to move luggage up to the hotel from the parking lot outside the old city walls, but would possibly be a problem for mobility impaired or if not fit.

- modern and nicely renovated old building - lovely staff with great recommendations for the island - super centrally located in a nice and calm area (not mass tourism!) - the love for detail, you notice that everything is thought through - high quality breakfast with fresh ingredients!! - filtered water available all day long - thankful for feedback

- our room had a window towards the street and we left the window open over night, that is why we heard the people on the street and the entrance system sounds from time to time. but if you close your window and turn on AC this should not be problem
