Amazing location - quiet, calm part of the area, very close to a beautiful beach. Note that it's a 25-30-minute walk to Alcudia Center/Old Town, but the road is pleasant even in the hot weather. We had a ground floor room in one of the blocks, and it felt like we were in a private villa. There was a great selection of foods both at the breakfast and dinner buffets, and most of it was delicious. Staff in general is very polite and friendly, and the option to loan beach umbrellas from the hotel was absolutely a bonus.

While the location is great for a relaxing beach-focused break, there's pretty much nothing esle to do in the area. There's one restaurant that you can visit outside of the hotel, and that's pretty much it, unless you want to go to Alcudia for everything. Our room had a bit of a smell to it almost throughout our entire stay - it went away with some ventilation, but we had to ventilate every day. Staff is polite and friendly, but specifically restaurant/buffet staff seemed a bit harried with the clearing of the dishes. I would've liked some labelling on which foods contain meat and fish, and which are vegetarian.

We loved the breakfast and the little beach next to the hotel. It was really amazing having the possibility of waking up and jump directly into the sea. The hotel is very green and nicely kept.

Our room was not really a room for a 4 star hotel I would say. It was rather small and not super clean (stains in the bathroom and bed-side table). We initially wanted to change it, but then we appreciated the fact that it was in a part of the hotel with no sun and this helped to keep it nicely cool as it was very hot during the day. So in the end we staid there.

A nice atmosphere in a very quiet area of Alcudia with clean rooms and pleasant garden. Breakfast is reasonable with good selection. The receptionists were always there to help, especially the beautiful young lady whose name I did not get unfortunately :( On the day of check-out we were able to stay there, use the common facilities, even take a shower before heading to the airport. The pool is nice with enough sunbeds and 3 bali beds.

The room was a little bit small, and the A/C was quite noisy, but you need to use it, otherwise the humidity will choke you. The restaurant/bar service was kinda OK. One evening we got different drinks than what we ordered, and the waiter rudely told us that "but this is what was ordered". So eventually we agreed to drink what was served because he had zero intention to correct the mistake. The food and drink is just OK, nothing special. Downtown is a little far on foot.

The deal for dinner and breakfast was too good to refuse and given the lack of other restaurants within walking distance, we were happy we'd made this decision. The food was varied and well presented, not fine dining but overall very good. Only minus was it wasn't always very hot! Staff were very professional and friendly, English wasn't widely spoken but we were the visitors. The pool area and gardens are beautifully kept and the other communal areas are well set out and furnished.

Rooms are comfortable and bathroom was great but the bedrooms are rather stark!

Perfect hotel for people who don't want the noise. Very near to old Alcudia, the hotel is a bit boutique style. Great place to rest outside with very comfortable couches in the garden. We had breakfast and dinner. The food was perfect - we would like to come back just to eat more of such meals :) There was a little bay - St Pere beach - the water there was crystal blue - just perfect! Car is needed to come to the hotel I think.

Everything was perfect. Only in the rooms there was a bit of smell of mold, but it is typical on such a small island.

Beautifully decorated and laid out hotel. Pool was lovely to swim in and the Bali beds and loungers were nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Loved that the location was in a quieter area of Alcudia right near the beach and because we had a hire car it was easy to get around. Breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve ever had! Nice big bed in the hotel room and rainfall shower.

No music played in or outside. It would have been nice round the pool or when playing cards on the terrace outside the bar.

Location is quiet, green and close to small coves with beaches. Hotel did not feel big, due to accomodation being in small buildings around the site. Rooms were on small side but comfortable and with small outside seating area Restaurant choices and quality were good for both breakfast and evening. Pool attractive. We never had a problem finding free loungers. Bar and terrace area relaxing. Staff really helpful. Alcudia, just a few minutes away, is an attractive old walled city with many shops and restaurants

1.The location of the hotel is amazing. It’s very tranquil hotel not in a city centre so we were relaxing without the noise. 2.Food was absolutely amazing with plenty of choice. 3.The staff was helpful and super friendly.

1. Beach is nearby, but there were no sun beds and umbrellas. Staff told that this is only this year, last year they had sun beds, umbrellas and even bar. 2. Bed in room super uncomfortable. We asked for 1 bed, but it was two single beds connected together.

Facilities are lovely. Very peaceful hotel. Lots of staff who are excellent and friendly. Food is really good and there's lots of choice at breakfast and dinner. Bar area is relaxing and drinks are very reasonably priced. Two beaches (in coves) nearby which are a great change from chilling out by the pool. Wifi good. Beds are comfy. Really nice hotel, we will be back.

Nothing of note, but it would be nice to have some English speaking TV channels.
