Amazing and delicious food, staff really made a lot of effort to provide variety of all sort of foods. Including mini canapes for diner! Stunning views and close to 2 nearby beaches. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fun and entertainment in the evenings. The views! Wow! You will be trully amazed and probably have to get used to the space and lift is pretty much in the air.

Over the weekend hotel allow local people to use the pool which means there was no beds for us staying in the hotel and security was throwing our towels to allow others to use it which wasn't fair. There was some confusion with whats included in all inclusive food and apart from main meals which were really amazing! We didn't really know whats included in snack time in between. Sometimes stuff allowed to order food from separate bar, like fancy pizza and some days you wasn't allowed... Lastly only 1big and 1kids swimming pool is allowed for regular guests. There was stunning upper deck with fancy sun beds and sofa pools but you had to pay extra €18 per person per day...

POOL - Outdoor heated pool was 100% a plus for us. Meant the water wasn't too cold, so kids were happy. Would rebook and return to this hotel for this reason. LOCATION - Fantastic location. Really handy for local shops, bars and restaurants, but far enough that its nice and quiet. Again, would return to the hotel for this reason.

ROOM - The room was a little dated and in need of a refurb. That said, we'd still return to this hotel, due to the positives of the pool and pool area and the location.

The food was varied and always tasty. The staff were amazing, so helpful and polite. The hotel was always clean as was the pool. Great that we could store our luggage on the last day. Really appreciated the use of showers even after we had checked out.

I felt there could have been some air conditioning inside the hotel lots of stairs which I appreciate it simply down to location.

Second inclined Lift was not functioning for the duration of the Stay. The additonal charge for A/C was a little steep for the two rooms and not immediately visible when you are booking , should be explcitily stated. The Inflatable kids obstacle course additional Charge of 10e was a bit mean. But overall positive. Thank you

Beautiful hotel could do with the rooms touching up, but it's the 2nd time I've stayed here and would come back again A BIG THANKYOU to the staff, my little girl was poorly and let us have a late check out until our transfer arrived. They couldn't do enough for us !!! So welcoming from the minute we arrived to when we went Brilliant choice of food and brilliant for everyone's taste Entertainment is good different things during the day and night for both adults and children ( mine are 3 and 1 ) Highly recommend hotel

Nothing was brilliant break away .

The location was great, it was on the upper hill and within walking distance of a shopping centre which had restaurants and bars and a little playground for the kids. We also took a quick taxi journey a few times during our stay down into the main centre of Peurto Rico (it costs 5e in a taxi for 4 of us) this is where the beach was, more shopping and bars.

Sofa beds were very uncomfortable - if travelling again we would book an apartment with 2 rooms. We would definitely return

We have just come back from a week's holidays..it was amazing!! We stayed in a superior two bedroom appartment. The beds are extreamly comfortable, the apartment is spacious with air con. Views are amazing. The staff were so friendly, the manager was lovely. The pool is lovely and warm and I would recommend the VIP pool for the day. The food was amazing and plenty all freshly cooked..please ignour the bad reviews you can not fault the food unless you are a fussy which I'm sorry is your fault not the hotels. Had no issues with getting a sun bed even at 9am. Taxis to the beach are €5 worth a little trip for bars and shopping. We did the jeep safari that was amazing with great views. Also got a taxi to port mogan known as little Venice..stunning. i would go as a day trip as there is a beach there. Taxi was €14 there and same back. Please ignour the bad reviews this hotel is lovely and I would definitely book again. Tips....Nothing bad, but if you do have mobility issues there is a lot of steps and small slops. Like any hot country you get mosquitos so take replent. This is nothing to do with the beds or the cleaning it's nature. People say oh i got bed bugs. No you got bitten by mosquitos. Make sure children have something on feet going to and out of pool its very hot out there now and floor gets very hot. And sun cream factor 50. Hope this review helps anyone going out soon

The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had Breakfast and Lunch and there was plenty of variety to choose from. Also before we travelled I requested that our room would be near reception and pool as I am unable to climb a lot of stairs due to a hip operati and had my grandchild with us. Our room was right beside everything which we were all delighted and cut down on all the stress of trying to cope with stairs etc.

The water supply was not available between 5 ad 6. We came back from the Pool on a number of days and we had no water to shower. Also, there was no electricity on one of the afternoon for about an hour

We had some problems with booking.com, but upon inchecking the woman at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and comfortable. All inclusive included cocktails, which were very tasty. The heated pool was a bit busy at times. When we went to the beach, the hotel made us a picnic/packed lunch upon request with no extra charge.

The buffet lacked vegetarian options at times, and it wasn't always clear if a dish was vegan/vegetarian.

Having to rush to get sun loungers in the morning because the 2nd pool is now chargeable to the tune of 15 euros per person per day. This has taken a large space and numerous sun beds out of general use, meaning that more pressure and demand is put on the sun beds around the main pool Not being able to use the sun beds until 9am in the morning, despite sunrise at 7.40am The removal of the shower room is also a negative. There is now nowhere to shower once you have checked out of your room.
