The accommodation is in a great location in the centre of town, it's very basic but in our case perfectly adequate for a group of seasoned walkers who just wash and sleep there. The rooms were well cleaned, towels and beds serviced everyday, there seemed to be plenty of hot water and water pressure. The air conditioning was quiet and effective. Breakfast was basic, yoghurt, coffee, orange and toast with tomato, cheese and ham but it was always served promptly and refills were offered. The lift was working throughout our stay. Don't expect any frills but don't be afraid of this cheap option.

The rooms at the front have tattered canopies (due to age) which can be noisy during the night when flapping around in strong winds.

The room was large with a balcony, it was clean and had a TV and air conditioning. the breakfast was very nice and sufficient quantity. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and allowed us to leave our luggage with them after check out to walk around Ronda in peace. it is very close to the bus station.

It was not very quiet. The setting is a bit stale.

Very good value for money. Nice staff. Well located. Good wifi. Decent breakfast included.

I advised the property that I was driving and asked where to park. They provided some advice but they actually have 1 spot that you can book for €12 (i think for the duration of the stay) which they could have told me about. Note for drivers: Ronda is very hard for parking. There is a carpark nearby with reasonable rates (no charge from 10pm-8am).

good location within east walking distance to tourist sites. very nice staff. finding parking on the street was hard but there was a parking lot close by that was free between 10 pm and 8 am.

their info was a bit unclear. the written info said checkin after 12am. I assumed that meant 12 pm as midnight didn’t make sense. then a couple days before arrival they said checkin was at 3 pm. the instructions for checkin were written in Spanish and I thought they said we needed to check in online. it was confusing. but when we got there someone was at the desk and all was very easy. the staff were very helpful and spoke English very well. it was nice that breakfast was included!

The room was big enough, the location is great, in the city center. The people who work there were polite and knew enough English :).

The breakfast was enough if you are not hungry, choice was limited. The hotel itself needs a little bit of corrective meintenance, like painting the walls and securing the outlets so it doesn't spark when you put in the charger.

Great location within walking distance of activity centre and the famed bridge/gorge. Simple, clean room matching the price point and the little balcony onto the street was a nice bonus. We were there during a large fiesta in the town so it was a bit noisy in our room but the upside was the great atmosphere out in the streets which is all part of it! The breakfast included in the cost of our stay was better than expected and the staff were friendly and attentive, bringing extra food for our toddler.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out their way to .make our stay so easy Most friendly hotel I have stayed in a while The breakfast was outstanding, and we were offered extra coffee tea etc toast etc It was a fulfilling breakfast to start our day staff were amazing This hotel was great value for money and excellent location Would definitely recommend and would stay again Thank you

The staff were excellent. Friendly, welcoming and offered helpful information without having to ask. The accomodation and facilities are great value for money. The location couldn’t be better all at a sensible price point. If you want more then pay more!

Above all location and a close second the team who are obviously busy but pleasant and courteous.

It's a simple hotel but very clean and close to everything. It was very cheap and in spite of this they gave breakfast.Not a special but enough for the day's start. The staff was helpful. The bed is confortable. In the bathroom were shampoo and showergel.

The room was a little cold and therefore must to have more confortable blanket.But how i told it is very cheap so...

Well situated close enough to, but, far enough away from the centre and the crowds and noise. Nice welcome from friendly staff. Room was big and clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and the air con good. Bathroom was big and clean if a little tired. Shower over the bath was good. Toiletries. Outside the room was a covered pretty courtyard you could sit in. Breakfast was good - Yoghurt, toast and cheese, Turkey ham and real mashed tomatoes. Two jams and butter and tea or coffee and orange juice. Was asked if wanted more.

Toilet seat was thin and loose. Bath mat was tatty and needs throwing. No coat hangers! Although I’m sure they would have provided if I’d asked.
