The location was excellent near the centre of Ronda just opposite a lovely park. The room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom facilities were very good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The lack of facilities may be an issue for some people (You have to leave the hotel to get your morning coffee/breakfast; although there are plenty of cafes in the neighbourhood). Secondly, the sound insulation between rooms is not great. If you are a light sleeper this may be a problem.

Absolute perfect location - opposite the park with an amazing view. Great value for money rooms. Effective air conditioning and nice treat to have a bathtub. Lovely staff. Would definitely stay again.

I would prefer a contactless keycard to get into rooms rather than physical keys you have to hand back in every time you go out. Also I would like if rooms had do not disturb signs so I could hang it on the door when I’m in the room.

The Hotel and rooms are so clean, the room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. Although on the main road it was very quiet and no overnight noise. The shower worked very well and was Strong. The rection people were so polite and helpful.

Being in my seventies i always appreciate a little support in the shower and bath, a small hand rail would be a great addition.

It’s a hostel hotel, great location, cheap and very clean. So long as you don’t expect 5* you get exactly what you paid for. Perfect for a bunch of lads or a work stop over, don't take the wife for your anniversary night out would Probably be your last

This is a basic hotel but what makes it great is the staff who were super nice. I got stomach discomfort and one of the ladies gave me a kettle to make chamomile tea. All the personal from the reception were super friendly, informative and warm. The location is superb, in front of a very nice park with amazing views.

Everything was fine

This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in! We were let down by some friends and stuck in Ronda for the night so we had to book in last minute, like super last minute as in walking towards the hotel and pressing “book now”. We were not expecting much but when we got to our room we were amazed. It really did exceed the price and the customer service of the lady on reception was absolutely fantastic. We visit Andalucia a lot, so when we do come back to Ronda we will book there all the time and recommend all friends and family. Thank you thank you thank you.

Superb value for money considering it's ideal location. The ladies on reception were friendly and helpful. Storing our bicycles safely inside the building was no problem. Our room was spotlessly clean with air con. The main street, whilst bustling during the day, is surprisingly quiet at night. We would happily stay here again as long as the hotel maintains its competitive room rates.

Very nice people at the reception, room was basic but clean and sufficient for a nights sleep. Location was very good, just across a park with beautiful views and a short stroll to the centre. Parking just oposite the hotel, very convenient. Breakfast was simple but more than enough to choose from.

The location is very good, it's basically a city center, just a few min walk to the main street with a lot of shops, restaurants and main attraction of the city.

There was a strange smell when we came to the room for the first time. It went away after some time.

The location is great, near to everything. There was hot water and heating. There is a reception and the check in was easy.

The walls are very thin and we had noisy neighbors. We could clearly what they are speaking, The pipes are noisy too when the other rooms use the bathroom. The room was dark.
