Perfect location - just a few steps from Puente Nuevo, quiet street, a number of nice and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Fantastic staff at the reception - we had a really warm welcome and got a couple of good tips about the restaurants, possibilities of free parking (they have also a contract with a paid parking lot) and sightseeing. Our room was quite basic, but it was clean and the size was adequate. We didn't have breakfast included, but we used their cafe once for an a'la carte breakfast and it was ok.

The mattresses were a bit too hard for my back. Also, I would add some more reading lights - the room was relatively dark. ALso, the room was a bit dated. Still, it's a good value for money.

We didn´t have breakfast at the cafe of the hotel due to the bad experience I had the evening before on the day we arrived, when I stopped there for a snack. First, let me inform that there was ONLY two or 3 other people there besides me, who left the place after 15-20 minutes, which left me as the only person there. After my order, they took about 20 minutes just to inform me they couldn´t make the smothie I had asked for because the blender was broken. How long does it take to figure that out??? After, when I decided for the fresh orange juice (and the machine was right there in a visible place) they took another 20 minutes to bring it, and it was NOT made in the machine that was there on the front. I counldn´t figure out why. So, I stayed there for almost one hour before I could finish having my snack: a glass of juice and piece of pie that was already there, ready. Because of that bad experience we didn´t take the risk to have breakfast there in the morning, especially in the last day when we had a train to catch. Something else: there was a whole menu there offering all sorts of things, like sandwiches, toasts, etc. but nothing was available, except for the cakes and pies that were already made there on display. Not even a piece of bread.

The treatment I had at the café.

We didn't know exactly where the hotel was before we got to Ronda. And was pleasantly surprised to find how very close it was to Ronda centre, bridges and park. The room was clean and spacious and the beds and pillows were REALLY comfortable! I didn't want to get up! There was a little cafe within the hotel that you can get very reasonably priced breakfast, croissants and cakes. Nice English tea too! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Ronda.

There was honestly nothing that I didn't like about this lovely hotel!

Location was perfect - right in the city center and close to the main city's attractions so you could just walk everywhere. We were lucky to park our car for free in the street right in front of the hotel entrance (the spot has been just freed up upon our arrival), however parking in nearby parking place would not be an issue either. It was nice that there was an equipped kitchen on the ground floor open for guests. Premises were clean and personnel very friendly.

We did not order breakfast upon booking, however it was possible to have it for 10 EUR/person (upon booking for 8 EUR). However I would not consider it as a real issue - still the price was OK (although you can have breakfast also outside hotel with no problem and even for less).

Lovely hotel - very helpful receptionist offered us a choice of rooms. Coffee shop on ground floor ideal for breakfast. Lovely rooftop terrace with an honesty bar. Clean comfortable room, recently decorated. Good shower room. Comfortable bed. Excellent location - round the corner from central square with good restaurants. This leads onto the main pedestrianised shopping centre and the famous bridge across the gorge into the old town. At the end of the hotel's strees is a park which leads to the walks around the city walls and gorge - wonderful views. More practically, it is an easy stroll from the bus station.

Nothing.

Hotel Polo is a nice place in Ronda. It has a great location - just in the very heart of Ronda. Everything is just to a few minutes walk from it. The room is not that large but clean, the bathroom as well. It was a perfect stay for a night. There is a public parking very close to the hotel where you can use a discount as their guest. Host was very friendly and has provied as with information about the town of Ronda and its sights.

The staff was very friendly and provided great recommendations. It is in a great location. Very nice roof top.

One if our rooms had a bathroom with no door. A very odd design where the bathroom is behind a wall and you just walk in. Not very useful for keeping noises and aromas separate from the main part of the room. A little bit pricey for what it is.

It's a nice hotel quite close to everything you can see in Ronda. The receptionist was very kind. The room was big and spacious and it was indeed very quiet. Elevator worked great. You can have breakfast in the cafe next door which is nice.

While the room we were in was great, in retrospective I think they gave us another room, as the one I booked had a bathroom with a window and the one we stayed didn't. I only realized this after getting home but at the same time, we only stayed one night so it was fine. Nothing wrong with the room we had though, just something I realized after staying there.

Very nice hotel, excellent value. Small but comfortable room with a good writing desk, good wifi, friendly staff who gave us lots of travel tips. What is excellent: a kitchen below where you can warm up and eat your own meal, make some tea etc. A great feature. The attached restaurant is very good (excellent cakes).

Bed was ok, could have been more comfortable (felt like we were sleeping on bedspring). All else was very good and we would come back.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. When I accidentally left a credit card in the room safe, the hotel contacted me and offered to send it to me. They were also very helpful recommending restaurants. The onsite restaurant, while simple, was perfect for breakfast. Our room was also very clean. All of the main sights in Ronda were within easy walking distance. A great choice in Ronda.

While this is not exactly a complaint, on one of the two nights we stayed at the hotel, the processions passed right outside our window rather late at night. This did make it hard to sleep, but it was all a part of the Holy Week ritual and it made for a memorable experience.
