The things I liked the most are: i) location of the hotel near a beautiful beach and a wide range of restaurants, ii) friendly and accommodative staff, iii) top notch cleanliness of the hotel, iv) 24h gym inside the hotel, v) superb breakfast served until late (noon I believe), vi) last but not least the sunsets that can be seen from the rooftop bar of the hotel

The comfort of the rooms can be improved as functionality of the sinks is affected by their shape and the lights above them

Since we arrived the staff was extremely friendly with my child… we arrived during the morning and since we couldn’t get our room yet they lend us these special rooms that had bathrooms and showers so that we could comfortably open our luggage, get changed and start our adventure in the island without wasting time. The same thing happened the day we left: we did the check out but since we were leaving the island in the afternoon they lend us those special rooms in the afternoon so that we could spent the whole day at the beach and could shower in the hotel while we had already done the check out. That was a super plus for us to be able to leave Formentera and take the ferry completely clean. The host and everybody were so friendly. They even helped me to hire a boat to cross to Spalmador the last day at very last minute. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of varieties of breads, sweet options and salads. Rooms were perfectly cleaned and the bed was super confortable. It was a silent place during the night so we could sleep the whole night without interruptions. They even had these little details at our arrival: a box of macaroons and a beautiful note that I kept when we left. The rooftop has amazing views and the food is delicious: the best restaurant we ate during our stay in Formentera. We would definitely recommend this place and would definitely repeat.

The pool is not heated, and too cold😳. The finish on some of the materials used was already a bit worn and fittings looked a bit shabby in places.

The staff were exceptional all the way from reception, to the bar, breakfast buffet and very helpful when asking about places to visit and eat. The rooms are amazing, clean and bright! We loved the rooftop bar with live music nightly and incredible views.

The spa is rather small and must be booked beforehand, also the jacuzzi has a window into the gym which isn't great as you get to see guests training and taking selfies.

Air con could be better, rooms don’t cool down enough and reverts to 23 deg as soon as you open the front door. Occasionally the drains in the toilets smell. Wash basins in the bedroom area is a bad idea.

The staff, location and room. Breakfast was also fantastic. Pool facilities great and not too busy as hotel also near fantastic beach. The reception team were excellent and very helpful. We will definitely return. Noe in restaurant deserves a mention, along with colleagus.... thank you

First time on the Island Very Chic Hotel From the Front Desk to the cleaners, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge was very informative on restaurants and places to visit A short walk away from a beautiful beach Can't wait to return next year.

Superclean. Very well positioned and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was superb and the 2 pools were very nice!

Having the basin in the room was not so comfortable from my pov

Great positive vibes in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and surprised us with a nice welcome (see picture). The pool on the 5th floor is amazing. The view is out of this world. We enjoyed a nice swim in salted water and nap :) The sky bar and restaurant are also really good but reserve on time for a good table.

The poke bowl I don’t recommend. The rest was great!
