Air con that actually is cool. Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. For a solo traveller space is just enough. Comfortable bed although I did have to shift the mattress in place because it felt like the bottom bit and the mattress don’t align

No kettle in room. Meaning that a hot water drinker like me (I don’t drink tap water or cold water) had to constantly go down stairs to the bar to ask for 2 cups of hot water at a time and almost scalded myself carrying them back to the room. Also, no fridge in room but as this was not a proper holiday, I did not go shopping and could not buy any food to take home which required the fridge

Great breakfast, very good location. Miriam was very polite and friendly.

Cleaning service needs improvement. Room floor was not cleaned. Some members of the staff seems not to understand exactly what you ask for. At arrival we asked breakfast for everyone in our group and the next morning we were informed that only one adult per room was in the list for breakfast so we had to rearrange. Some misunderstanding with the a la carte restaurant as well. Despite some really small things we had a pleasant stay.

Good room with secure underground parking. Gentleman at reception was extremely helpful explaining how to travel into the centre of Barcelona & which type of ticket to buy saving us money. Easy 10 minute walk to subway for the direct line into town. We chose this location to stay rather than taking the motorbikes into the centre so this hotel suited us perfectly & we would definitely stay again.

Everyone in the hotel was very nice. Everything was really clean. Air conditioning very good, we had a nice view, plenty of little restaurants Burguer Kings or McDonalds around. Rooms are clean, modern, I was actually surprised, you can blind the rooms, no lights which was great. I was expecting problems but not at all. At the beginning we were a little bit skeptical about the location, but we didn't have a choice, arriving from the airport to the hotel seems long but the next day you realise it's actually very easy and fast to go downtown, for its price it's very well located. And if you wanna party downtown you just need to party until 5h30 am

Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. In general, Ibis is very professional and provides everything you need. The room is spacious with a window. The staff takes care of the room very well.

The location isn't so good but I guess it's the best option in the price range I set for myself. It takes 40-45min to get to the city center including 10min walking to the metro.

The room was tidy, and the staff were amicable. Additionally, there was a bar and restaurant that operated 24 hours.

Even though it's not mentioned in the services offered, having a refrigerator in the room could enhance the overall experience, particularly during the summer season.

Good place, if You travel with personal or rented car. Hotel offers parking for acceptable price. But first you need to find a very short-term parking and then negotiate about parking ticket at the hotel. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The subway to Barcelona is a very close (2 locations), The neighborhood is nice and peaceful for walking and also dinner in Santa Coloma.

The stuff was very nice. I had a problem with my first room with bugs infection, and theytriedy to fix it immediately.

The main thing was the bugs in the bed. after a trip, what you expect is to have a restful night so you can enjoy the next day.It just ruined everything. The last room the cleaner didn't change the clothes from my bed.

great breakfast , nice selection of everything you need to start the day/excellent selection of bread and cheeses, good coffee and all very well labeled in case of a allergy etc

only thing the hotel needs and it is not a negative point is a little travelers corner to buy phone adaptors for people like me whom always forgets mine, etc.

Overall it is a very nice hotel with very good facilities, outside city center and good value for money. The breakfast was very good but same every day. I really liked the location around the hotel, so green and quiet. Quite close to metro station but there were bus stops outside the hotel.
