The whole hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff friendly & professional. Big thanks to Celeste, a bright young lady who made us feel very welcome.

Our room upon arrival smelled stinky of old cigarettes, but it was impeccably clean so great job from the house keeping staff, not their fault at all, shame the previous guests weren't respectful. Hours of bar & flexibility of food could be looked at to accommodate guests more as little choice in the area, failing that dunning water in the rooms or a water fountain on the landing would be welcome.

My room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The AC was great as well. Dinner was decent in the hotel restaurant.

Wifi was very bad, almost unusable to be honest. The roomservice being from 8 to 10 PM only might be an issue for some travellers. My colleague's room ended up having a really bad smell but they gave her another room and finally it ended up being okay.

the spacious room, gigantic bed, the facilities of the room, my window view, the staff were lovely and professional, the easy to manage air con settings, the shower was amazing. I liked that house keeping would replace and tidy my room everyday - even on a day when I slept in until after midday (I put a sign out), I left to go out later that day, thinking they weren’t going to come back to tidy my room, but they did, which was a lovely surprise :). the location suited me on this occasion as I was mostly stayed in Badalona, but if you’re looking to visit Barcelona more, this hotel may be alittle far out.

the continental breakfast was so-so, it was ok but I felt there wasn’t much variety for veggie/vegans. there were lots of fruits and bread, and on some days they had different veggies, but there were mostly different types of sausages, eggs and pastries with dairy in. I’m not sure if I had to go up and ask for this?

Really nice hotel with great facilities, room was spacious and clean. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast looked good too but I didn't try it. I was a little hesitant to book in Bandalona and not Barcelona proper but its just a short 10 min walk to the metro and you are in the city in 15 min. For the price difference it is totally worth it. Staff we're very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Internet on tv didn't work, they need to use a wired connection or set up a wifi for it. It's a small detail but if you do not speak Spanish, this is just an easy way to watch things in your own language (like on YouTube) - got around it by tethering my phone to the tv. Also the terraces they have are always closed (or they were closed whenever I tried to use them) so is a little annoying to have to sit in front of the main entrance with a coffee and a cigarette every morning when they have a nice terrace instead.

Breakfast! I had a sea view from my hotel that was a lovely surprise. I was only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Staff were really helpful.

Nothing. On arrival I was quite worried I was too far out from main Barcelona. But the hotel is not far from the metro station, the metro is about €11 for 10 journeys and you'll end up using it a lot even around the city centre anyway, so you won't even notice the commute in.

I have to say the bed was very comfortable, also the indoor parking was convenient. Room service was spot on, good quality food and even better service…I find it better for business trips, than for leisure.

Well, being the hotel by a main avenue you can hear the traffic passing. Also there were doing some works on the set of apartments next to the hotel and the noise goes through rooms

The room was very clean. Would have liked it if there was a kettle in the room. Breakfast was abundant and very good. Staff were very efficient. Special mention to Pepe the head waiter who knows his job.

a bigger choice on the menu in the restaurant. Food is very good but little choice. few residents seem to know about it.

Room was warm and clean.Bed was comfortable.

Shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. Disappointed that complementary breakfast was not included as I expected.Restaurant was cold on first visit.It was only open between 8 and 10pm.The menu was limited and over priced.

The staff were lovely, and made us very welcome. The underground parking was ideal, and the rooms were very comfortable. The location was ideal for walking down into the town centre cafes and restaurants.

Making payment for the three rooms we had was very difficult, and I ended up paying by bank transfer in full, three weeks before we arrived. This was an unusual arrangement, and I had not encountered this before.

Nice architecture inside. And a rooftop with an amazing view.

Unfortunately no towels for the beach available. Strange for a 4 stars hotel near the beach. No air condition on the floors. Was real hot there.
