The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Incredible views. Additionally the rooms are so clean and it is located very close to the train stations. There is also great communal working space in the foyer. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was average, but good enough to fill you for the day.

The room an facility were as expected from the pictures. The area was was nice and quiet yet well connected to the city. The staff was especially happy and friendly. I arrived a day later than expected and even though the room was prepaid and non-refundable the refunded that one night without me even asking for it. It was a very pleasant surprise.

The breakfast was very simple and the cleaning lady kept throwing away the soap every day and put out a new one. It seemed like a bit of a waste.

Great location, near the subway. Good facilities, overall cleanliness. Initial deposit was requested at checkin and it was refunded quickly, the second day after checkout. If you don't have a balcony, the hotel as a nice little terrace on top of the building.

No garbage bags or containers anywhere inside the apartment, you are expected to take out your trash, otherwise you lose the deposit.

Very large room with living room to accomodate 5 persons

During the check-in we had to accept an agreement to clean the dishes and take our garbage out to the trash cans before leaving the room which it was something we didn't expect as it is not a common practice and it wasn't in the hotel's policy that is published in the Booking.com page. Additionally the bathrooms were lacking some minor equipment like e.g. something to hang the toilet paper, our towels etc. There wasn't a toilet brush or a garbage bin in the toilet either.

We were in the top floor apartment, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very comfortable, roomy and luminous. The terrace is a real plus, with a pleasing view. Well furnished. Strategic position because is next to metro station (4 stations to Sagrada Familia) and next to supermarkets and bars. The position is also quiet and silent. The hotel garage is right under the flat. Staff is gentle and always available.

The flat wasn't well cleaned. The floor was dirty and sticky, with footprints at the main entrance. The kitchen table was uncleaned as well. The terrace was also very dirty, with 2 little tables, broken and dirty. Not even a vacuum cleaner or a mop in the flat. We asked for it at the reception hotel.

The staff are super professional and helpful.. Thanks to Marc he made our stay easy and very helpful with directions..the hotel very close to the metro station and took only 15 mins by metro to be at Catalunya sequare.

Rooms are tight but was expecting that as we had read the reviews of the people who stayed there before us, so wasn't a big deal.

We were helped very well by the women at the reception several times. They had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat and were just very friendly overall. The rooms were comfortable, the AC was especially nice with the warm weather. The breakfast was nice enough. The location was very nice, close to the metro station and therefore easy to get to the city centre. We would definitely book again

Room was like new. The comfort was quite good, the bathroom is big enough. The location is easy to reach, nearby the main metroline (L1). The surroundings are great, and against lots of bars, fairly silence. The staff is very-very kind and happy.

The wifi is unstable, unreliable on the 4th floor. I could not use for work.

Hotel is fantastic. Staff is great. Breakfast is very good. Room was neat and quiet. If you are used to use the Metro and are not expecting a fancy neighbourhood with waking distance attractions, the place is what you need.

no fridge in the room and no English speaking tv channels as in BBC , CNN , Netflix or anything in this field
