Beautiful hotel, very modern with lovely interiors. The pool area was really nice with comfy beds and lots of seating. Amazing 360 views of the sea and the city from rooftop. Really enjoyed our stay and was a great place to to stay during primavera sound.

We didn’t really get any information about how to use the facilities etc, maybe an information pack on arrival/in the rooms would be a good addition. We was also able to sit out on the terrace on the 3rd floor for the first 3 days which we really enjoyed as it was quieter than the pool area and good for sunbathing. However on the Saturday they shut the terrace and didn’t really give a reasonable explanation as to why ? Given there are no balconies for most of the rooms I think access to the terrace should be included for guests.

Brand new hotel which means everything seems fresh and new (other than the filthy windows mentioned by other reviews). The big plus was the great location right on a lovely beach. There are plenty of restaurants on the beach strip or a few minutes walk behind and also a big supermarket. The room was clean, the beds comfy and the Aircon good. There is a nice rooftop space with a bar and small pool. Given the crazy prices and lack of availability barcelona this felt like a great deal.

The hotel is a 15 min walk from the nearest metro and then it takes 20 mins to get into central Barcelona. This has its pluses as it means the area feels quiet, authentic and not touristy. But that could be a negative if you want to spend most of your time in Barcelona. The top pool area only has a small number of beds and loungers and limited shade options. As mentioned by other reviews noise does travel quite a lot especially if you have a room with an adjoining door.

Amazingly designed, very comfortable, great location and exceptionally helpful staff. Wonderful view, close enough to Barcelona if you miss urban hussle and great beach to enjoy and the cherry on the top is a wonderful roof bar and pool, albeit small so I assume it would be quite crowded during season.

quite a modern room design might not suit those with more conservative habits - the bathroom which is wonderful is separated from the room with glass and a curtain that can be pulled down is a bit revealing 😊 windows can not be opened, which has become a new normal in many hotels, but I personally prefer a possibility to get some fresh air

The hotel has been built to a super standard. My wife loved the furniture in the common areas. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Wonderful luxury feel and extravagant use of quality materials in the build As a boaty person, we loved being beside the marina

Badalona is quite and industrial area so no nice restaurants about. We felt that the hotel restaurant dinner menu was rather limited - stacks of rice dishes to share - extensive fish - and the food itself was very high quality. We all agreed that the menu was limited and we were always a bit stuck as to what to order, ending up ordering steak twice because there wasn't much else that grabbed us - no pasta dishes for example - this issue was probably amplified for us the surrounding restaurants we so poor

The room was beautiful. Loved the view. Staff was very accommodating in all arenas (front desk, roof bar, etc.). Spa treatment was wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Proximity to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants was perfect. We highly recommend HMB!

Nothing we didn’t like, but some “would-be-nice-to-haves”. Perhaps a couple of small chairs on the balcony (though we are cognizant of the depth). We were loaned your 2 existing beach umbrellas for free, though, perhaps consider a larger supply, even for rent. Beach chairs, too? Also, maybe a listing in the room of local restaurants/tapas bars. We certainly enjoyed the hotel’s restaurants as well.

Breakfast was good and there were a lot of choices. Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. There were plenty of places to eat nearby and the grocery store so close was very convenient. Subway is within walking distance and that makes it easy to get into Barcelona proper.

Coffee in the room would be nice. The spa choices were limited to massage and facials. The breakfast hours for the restaurant started at 7:30 and having it earlier would have been nice for when we had to leave early in the morning for our excursions, or on the date we were leaving to the airport.

We had a sea view in a prestige room ( that's the name of the upgrade) The view was stunning. The breakfast was pretty good. Stuff was kind There is a big supermarket right behind the corner. The Beach is right in front.

1. The bathroom and the bed are separated just by a piece of glass, so not everybody's taste. Some older couples were furious about that.Its definitely not sexy. 2. Although we asked for housekeeping to clean the room every day, they just made up the bed and didn't clean anything else. That's for our entire stay. 3. They charge for parking, considering this is a remote area, it's a bit of a rip off

The hotel was at the perfect location really close to the beach which was also amazing. It was a really quite and calm area which was great for relaxing. Next to the hotel there was a supermarket that was great for shopping some snacks or drinks. You could enjoy a cup of coffee or lunch close to the beach. The hotel has an amazing view on the beach and the rooms are big and comfortable. It was really easy to walk in and out of the hotel with the bracelets that they give you.

The pool on the rooftop is a great idea but sadly there isn’t enough place. It’s not made for many people.

The hotel was beautiful with great facilities. The location was great and out standard room had a great partial sea view. The rooftop bar and pool were lovely if not a little cold in the April weather.

Hotel restaurant was overpriced with minimal portions. Room A/C could not be turned lower than 21C meaning the room was far to warm on most nights, with no balcony or window to open to let in any cool air. The outside of the windows were brown and grimy and definitely in need of cleaning. Hotel car parking was rather expensive at 18EUR per night which is a lot for a hotel that is no particularly well connected by public transport. There was one day where we did not receive a turn-down service in the room which was disappointing for a hotel of this calibre.

This is definitely a five star level hotel. The building is extraordinary. Amazing shower with sort of emulsified mist of droplets. Overlooking the Mediterannean Extremely copious and inexpensive breakfast, even with cava Seafront with plenty of restaurants though strangely underdeveloped given the proximity of Barcelona The rooftop bar and pool. Amazing. Service was good all round Beautiful bright design of the hotel was a constant pleasure Beach is on your doorstop The rising sun over the Mediterranean and the view of the marina are just amazing.

Getting to town is a drag. They should introduce a boat service from the marina. Seriously :) Or a shuttle to the subway. The windows were filthy on the outside. This did ruin the view a bit. Lack of local information. The hotel WiFi was extremely unreliable. However, the TV has its own wifi network for casting. This one is much more stable so it is a handy workaround. No toilet brush. It would be good to offer beach towels. I think the airco was underpowered to cool the room I was in given the large glass window directly exposed south. This could well be an issue in high summer.
