The bed was extra SUPER comfortable and the apartment was very nice, big and Cosy. The staff is very kind and they have parking place in case you go with a car. There were very big balconies too with a set of table and chairs outside. The furniture inside is very nice too.

There is no elevator so if you happen to be on the third floor you just have to bring your luggage by hand. There were two little samples of milk with a sample of coffee, even though that is nice, it is not enough milk to have a coffee, but it was as kind gesture.

We had a lovely welcome from the lady on reception, including a lovely treat for our two dogs! There was free parking behind and underneath the building (but you need to check in first and get the key before heading to the downstairs parking area). The room was bigger than we thought it would be, and the bed was big and comfortable.

It was a very, very hot day (over 35 degrees, and the temperature didn't drop much overnight) and there is no air conditioning - there were fans in the room, but they didn't quite do the job, so we slept badly.

Love this place. We stay here every time we drive through Spain on the way there and back. Been several times and the place is immaculate. We also love Santa Marta, the town Casablanca is situated in. Proper Spanish working town, lots of bars and cafes and friendly people. It's about a 9/10 mile walk into Salamanca along the river , well worth it, but failing that a bus will take you there. It's a must see destination. The bus is a regular service so not long to wait. It runs until 10/11pm. Still compulsory mask wearing on public transport so be warned, make sure you have one handy.

The fact that it's getting very popular and I can't always get the apartment I want because it's booked up 😃😂. There's no lift so this might be an issue for some traveler especially if you're on the second floor, however we've always been offered assistance.

This may be the cleanest place we have stayed in our life. The room was spotless and very pleasant to stay in. The staff was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Tried to extend our stay but it was fully booked. Parking in the garage can be a little challenging because of the narrow entry. Parking at ground level was easy though (as long as you find an empty spot). No dining facilities onsite, but plenty of café/bar nearby. Building resembles an old construction from the outside, but it is updated in the inside, so no worries about comfort. We will definitely stay again if go back to the area.

So close to Salamanca but still with a countryside feel, easy to walk into the city 3 kms via the Isle de Soto country park. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you needed even down to tea towels and washing up liquid. Also a complementary teas and coffee provided in the apartment and in the communal sitting area. Nice garden to sit out in as well. Dog friendly as well.

Maybe some information leaflets in reception would be good.

Good & comfortable apartment with comfortable bed & nice seating area, Tv and mini kitchen. Walking distance to few restaurants and grocery stores. Close 2 Km walk to park and 4 Km walk to Centro historico. Good value. Helpful and friendly host. Free good wifi, tea and water included. Bus station nearby #20 to Salamanca Centro.

Bathroom smelled at times due to lack of fan. A bit of noise from cars parking in garage but was quiet at night.

The apartment was super clean and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable with nice bed linen. There were mosquito screens on all the windows. Our terrace was huge and overlooked some fields. We loved the location, away from the busy city, yet only 15 minutes away on the bus, with a stop just 5 minutes walk away and only €1.50 each one way, bargain! The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nothing at all

Clean, well- located apartment hotel with convenient parking, close to grocery stores, and riverside hikes very close to a bus stop with frequent bus service to Salamanca. It is especially recommended if one doesn't wish to negotiate Salamanca's downtown traffic maze and expensive parking.

Kitchen facilities were a bit basic, but that is mentioned in the hotel description.

The studio is well laid out and furnished. Spotlessly clean. Check-in was easy and very friendly. The beds were very comfy. It is on the main road but very quiet. It has above and underground parking (180 cms high). Easy access to Salamanca. Nice green area for our doggie next door. I would definitely stay there again!

No elevator and it was on the second floor. But the stairs are wide and manageable.
