the location, free street parking or private parking for some charges, breakfast was amazing, the staff at night in the dining hall very professional they explained to us everything in English about the menu. thank you guys for your hospitality. also the breakfast team very helpful.definitely we will stay here again.

It was a full house because of the Spanish national holiday. Still, everything was fine. The beds were comfortable, the room facilities and the breakfast were excellent. 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. I recommend the hotel to everyone!

There was no problem

The staff at front desk seemed very polite & check-in was quick & easy. The are two elevators for going to the upper floors & they have glass backs for seeing outside which is cool. The keyless entry system for the rooms is fairly simple & the room itself was surprisingly large. Their is also a door to the adjoining room if required (otherwise it's locked). Their was also a balcony which was nice. The hotels location is great with a supermarket just uphill & the beach just a few minutes away. The hop on-hop off also stops just round the corner which is handy.

Unfortunately the hotel pool is just free entry to the community pool next door. Obviously it was full of people & half of it was shut for lessons, I wasn't crazy about that. The bar at the hotel is also usually left unattended which is understandable but quite annoying. As lovely as the area around the hotel is, eating out choices are quite poor, this is compounded by the fact that the hotel restaurant is closed for a large chunk of the year

The hotel is amazing & super value for money. Beautiful reception area & fantastic staff. Walking distance from the beach & a local services and a short taxi ride from centre of town. Also very convenient for the ferry port. The suites (although slightly dated), are spotlessly clean with large rooms throughout. TV in lounge & bedroom.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room well equipped & spotless. Lovely shower. Meals were excellent in terms of quality, quantity & cost.

Breakfast scrum competing against a coach load of pensioners (even older than us) as they rambled around deciding what to eat and drink and trying (unsuccessfully in the main) to work the coffee and juice machines. It was entertaining though and probably harder for the staff to cope with than us!!

Very close to the beach. Excellent hotel. Spotless clean and the front desk people are so helpful. All staff are so mannerly and efficient.

Location, size of room, reasonable bar prices.

Only had one meal in hotel. Food was nice but the waitress was very surly. We were the only ones eating and she made a lot of noise banging things around . I think she wanted to go home but we turned up and she had to stay until we finished.
