spacious, exceptionally clean, very friendly staff, large room with excellent shower and very good black-out curtains, very comfortable king bed. Lots of free outdoor parking. The hotel is a 10-minute taxi ride from the historic part of Santiago, which is inconvenient in some ways but at least you’re away from the crowds.

beautiful large outdoor pool full of water but not open for use although the weather was sunny and good now in May; apparently they open it in July. We had just come from Vigo where the outdoor pool was open.

Breakfast excellent, staff very good, but it felt stretched - they were all exceedingly busy. That didn't effect their service but I think more staff would help! Lovely accomodation and excellent facilities.

I think that the information about the villas is not clear. I was unsure of what exactly I had booked and the photos were not clear. An outside photo of the front and a description of it being over two floors with an integrated garage would have been better. Coffee and tea in the room would have been good too.

the food was exceptional and a good price. the wait staff were all very helpful and very pleasant. we particularly think Maria Cruz merits a mention as she was so good in the restaurant. the rooms were of a very high standard, clean and modern. good quality toiletries. pool was nice and clean.

the pool area was lovely but lots of background noise from the motorway. worth mentioning… we decided to take the €1 bus to the airport. 2 of the reception staff told us the wrong bus stop .. if anyone else takes the bus … the stop is on the left hand side of the road 😳 not the right. nb you don’t get any milk with your tea making facilities in the room. so collect some yourself from the bar if you’d like it. cost us £4 for a jug as room service. if the hotel staff read this … Coffee sachets would be good too. it’s quite a long way from town centre and the shuttle doesn’t run in the afternoon. this is ok as the hotel is good quality and so probably cheaper than if you stayed in similar in the town centre. there’s no English speaking channel on the tv which would’ve been nice.

We loved the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, we stayed in a 'villa'. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely, very continental and on our last morning, the waitress let us go in early to breakfast as we had a flight to catch - very impressive.

There were no English tv channels. We asked three times and someone was going to be sent to the room, but they never did. The food offering by the pool was poor.

The hotel is a little out of town so necessary to rely on shuttle (which is reliable) or taxi. I wanted to book a hire car and would expect a 4* hotel to be able to arrange, but I was referred to a website to DIY.

Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds on a hill top with a swimming pool close to airport. As a family we stayed in two rooms, one with a super king sized bed and one with two doubles. Both rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. Despite the location being bear to two busy roads the noise was not an issue. The common areas are very nice and relaxing, all staff we encountered (bar, reception, restaurant) were extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. Extremely good value for the rates charged and definitely would recommend.

The only areas for improvement in my opinion t would be to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Large hotel/ convention venue/ multiple bars and restaurants on the edge of town 10 minutes drive from old town. Hotel provides regular shuttle bus. It was perfect for us to end our driving holiday here, park the car easily, check out the old town and famous Basilica before driving to the airport to return home early the next morning ( 15 minutes to airport). The whole process was seamless.

This big modern complex had no “ atmosphere “ compared to , say, all the cute little places we’d been staying on our road trip. But it was fantastic. By that stage we just wanted a comfortable, air conditioned place where we could park, eat, regroup and prepare for our departure the next morning.

Super bed, huge room, great bathtub. Fantastic breakfast and good parking available even for a bigger car. Shuttle to the town centre is a plus.

A little further from the cathedral then expected. An Indoor pool and spa would have been a plus. Ebery day cleaning staff started moving around furniture before 7.30 am which is not nice being on vacation trying to sleep in.

Perfect for last night of Galicia holiday - free shuttle to Santiago and close to airport for the early morning flight. Nice-looking pool, tho i didn't have a dip - and tennis court (saw desk provide one family with rackets) to let off some steam. Only reason I havent given it 10 is cos unfortunately our flight was so early we missed breakfast so I can't rate that - but judging by all else (clean and spacious room, comfy beds, well proportioned and kitted out bathroom, super helpful multilingual staff) I expect the breakfast is excellent.

"Villa" accomodation , bedroom, a separate sitting room with sunny conservatory and with its own private parking space. Magnificent grounds and views. Good hotel restaurant for dinner.Good buffet breakfast.

Very poor, almost non existent service in the hotel lobby bar.
