The hotel is beautiful and incredibly clean. All the staff members were so friendly and helpful and very welcoming. They upgraded us to an amazing room overlooking the garden (because we had we requested a quiet room). It had a beautiful balcony with an incredible view. The breakfast was consistently nice and the breakfast area was very comfortable and picturesque. The parking in the lot around the corner was very convenient. The location of the hotel is great for exploring the city.

The water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent.

Location was convenient for access to the old town and cathedral which is only a few minutes walk. Also close to the excellent market which is on a terrace above the hotel. The interior of the hotel was pleasant with sitting areas, two cafes, and a garden. Bedrooms were large and the staff were helpful. The garden boasted an aviary with about 30 singing canaries that started trilling from dawn to dusk. It was like a dream.

Hotel is located on quite a busy road and the entrance has busses snarling past all the time, and a narrow pavement/sidewalk. However the inside behind doors was peaceful and monastic.

Charming traditional hotel, right at the heart of the old town. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, which feels really solid, calm and quiet - built out of solid granite and accessed by a grand staircase, or by lift. Rooms and shared spaces are all spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Beds are very comfortable. Buffet breakfast can be taken in a lovely airy garden room, or on the terrace, or you can just get a drink in the bar area. We had breakfast one morning and were offered freshly cooked scrambled eggs and bacon. If that wasn't enough to tempt you, the staff are the standout attraction here. From the moment you arrive, and whenever you need anything, they are more than happy to help you, book restaurants and taxis, offer advice or simply have a chat. We would return again. Lydia, Antia, and Carlos at the front desk, and Lupe in the bar, will give you a fantastic service.

The room was beautiful, old style in the ancient building.It could have been a little bigger but not a problem. Breakfast was perfect, well chosen ripe fruit, good cooked selection and everything cold you could wish for. Garden and terrace perfect for relaxing and breakfast. Location also perfect everything walkable from the hotel. Good parking deal with adjacent car park. For snacks or something light to eat the bar was also very reasonably priced and good quality.

Perfectly located, near old town, the market and cathedral, just 10 mins walk from most important touristic venues, restos and pubs. Very quiet, confortable, surrounded by a medieval atmosphere with a great garden. I didn't request breakfast service, but the coffee was really good. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and providing great assessment for tours, venues and services. I really recommend this place!

Generally nice, clean, attractive hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good location, nice room with tea and coffee facilities, fridge, complimentary bottle of water, mini bar and more importantly, information in several different languages. The little garden with the aviary was an oasis of peace and tranquility in a very busy city. It took only 10 minutes to walk to the centre. Can't fault our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Central location, it's just crossing the street and up to the stairs and you are at the historic center. They don't have garage but 2 public parking spaces very close by. It was not an issue for us but it could be for someone else. We had assistance with the luggage and guidence from the receptionist about where to park. It's an old property but with confort. Breakfast is very good served close to a nice garden.

Bath sometimes it's hard to regulate. Too hot or cold

the hotel has a old world charm and the staff are wonderful. Garden and communal areas are spacious.

stayed in a superior room to ensure we had a little more space, found the bathroom very cramped and the double glazed windows which are a standard feature in Spain didn’t block out the road noise which was disappointing given the standard of hotel and price of room. there are lesser rooms to the side of the hotel which I suspect are much quieter so maybe be a better option.

The property is absolutely stunning, clean, well maintained, and silent! I didn’t hear a single guest during my stay. A win for light sleepers! I took my mother here as a Mother’s Day gift and she was obsessed. Now she wants to redecorate her home to look like this hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind! Great service Hands down the best location. Close to old town but far enough way (just over the wall) to feel more at peace coming home. Would return 100%

Excellent peaceful location, with friendly and helpful staff. The garden is a little oasis in this busy city. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I would especially like to thank Michaella (Mica) who was very helpful and even phoned a local restaurant for us to make a dinner reservation as our Spanish is poor.

Perhaps the cafe could be open in the afternoon.
