We knew from the pictures of the property that the architecture and the nature that surrounds it was exceptional. We also had a reservation at the Micheline star restaurant LÓ. What we didn't know however that the staff was exceptional. Seeing from our ID document, they noticed that it was my partner's bday and they gifted us the breakfast the next few days. When we needed a brief medical assistance, they were so quick to help with a smile on their face, and they showed that they truly cared. We couldn't have been happier about everything we experienced, and we'll for sure come back :)

The view of the monestry is fantastic and completely makes the place. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Large and comfortable room. The pool and it's chilled area. Very close to Monserrat where we traveled to the day after.

Bathroom could use some maintenance touch ups. We stayed there only for one night so it wasn't a big deal. Wine glasses and 4 chairs instead of 2 in the balcony for a family of 4 could be a nice add on. Still, the staff was so nice we are sure if we were to ask they would accommodate.

We loved the room and its views, the electric shutters / louvers in the balcony allowed us to stay in bed with the doors open and enjoy the view and the sounds of nature. If only the curtains were operated by means of a remote or switch it would have been even better

The pressure in the bath was low, this could have been seen to if we asked but we didn't bother.

The location is superb, and staff were helpful.

The restaurant (Mon) was all right but I have had better value for that price. It would have been nice to have had more information about visits to the monastery at hotel reception - by the time, we found how to gain access for someone with mobility challenges and by the time we learned that entrance was timed to guided visits only, it was too late to join one. And the guardian was ferocious about not letting have a look at the monastery just from outside.

Lovely spacious room. Outstanding views of the grounds and monastery. Beautiful outside pool with loungers. Superb meal in the no Michelin restaurant. Wine started at 20 euro. Easy car park for free

Breakfast at 19euros each was too much. We got a lovely coffee and pastry in the village for 5 euros for 2!

Very modern architecture, clean rooms and very spacious. We loved the big balcony and good air condition. Nice pool area and great parking options.

The personnel in the restaurant area speaks only little, almost no English. The basic restaurant menu (during the day until 20:00h) was very poor, almost no options for eating. Room service doesn’t serve food to the room, you have to pick it up (no matter the time).

The welcome we received on arrival was warm and friendly. The food and service in the restaurant was also very good. Breakfast service was excellent. The location, ambience and the surroundings of the hotel were superb.

The walls in the rooms seemed to be poorly insulated and, as a result, conversations in adjoining rooms could be heard fairly clearly. This did not, however, detract from an excellent night's sleep.

Nice, calm, well-equipped hotel. Overall quality is great, though price also comes along. The location (scenery) is amazing, the bedroom was perfect for a relaxed weekend, kudos for a super-comfortable bed. Staff was supportive, all processes were easy. Wifi worked well.

Breakfast was alright and tasty but one was expecting a bit "extra" considering the available restaurant options and focus they showcase for this topic. The hotel offers extra several activities but all were bit expensive.

The staff is extremely nice, makes you feel at home. Quiet place, perfect to rest and to disconnect. Nice to have bikes to have a ride for the surrounding. Also great to have 3 restaurants to choose.

I miss a place to make sport, kind of gym or outdoor facility.

stunning location. hotel has a lovely unique style about it. the rooms are clean. staff are incredibly friendly. the restaurants are amazing. we tried the Michelin starred restaurant. had the taster menu. expensive but absolutely fantastic. breakfast was super.

the pool. the smell of manure from the crops. was a bit overpowering at night.
