The location is fantastic - short walk to literally everywhere! I stayed in Seville during a heatwave, so the aircon was really helpful. The room was spacious and really appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities...and of course the complimentary snacks and drinks! After the first night I noticed some small ants walking around my room doorway, but when I mentioned this to the reception, they sorted it out immediately. Excellent service overall, I felt very welcome throughout my stay!

The room was little bit worn out, although the bright wallpaper helped to create brighter impression.

Loved the location, very central & walking distance from most of the sights & many good restaurants. The staff were lovely. My room was large & airy, if a little dated & extremely well equipped. Beautifully clean. Excellent quality bedlinen & toiletries. Free snacks & soft drinks provided in a mini bar, a very nice touch & a bottle of Cava on ice in my room, a very welcome arrival gift.There is a little roof terrace which is a lovely bonus & looks out over the Cathedral. All in all, it is a friendly, clean & very pleasant little hotel, well situated in a gorgeous city. Would definitely recommend, very good value.

My room was fine when the windows were closed, until the Saturday when I lay awake till 4.30 am with the street noise from the bars immediately outside. If you understand that Seville is a city of nightlife & don't mind a bit of street noise, then okay. My friends had smaller rooms towards the back of the hotel, which had been more recently updated & were very quiet if this is what you might prefer. The bed was large but not the most comfortable I've had in a hotel. The bar/restaurant attached to the hotel is quite poor. Breakfast wasn't great & cold on arrival ..... okay for a drink or a coffee & snack, only.

The location is really top. And you will find a lot of small additional items in the room. With a coffee machine. All in all, for a quick stop and to have easy access to the cathedral and bullring is nice. About 10 min. walk to the bus station (to get to the airport).

I was missing sleepers thou. Be aware that this is still an old building even if they are trying to have it clean and nice. My windows were looking to not even yard. So there is no view, difficult to have any fresh air. Would be good to have two cards for the room, so you could keep air-condition on. I find it a bit expensive for what was offered in comparison with other hotels in Seville. Didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Great location with easy access to amenities within the city center. Beds were very comfortable and blackout blinds worked very well. The quaint cafe adjoining the hotel and rooftop bar were a very nice compliment. Adriano was also along the parade path for Semanta Santa which was an unexpected bonus.

Bathroom was in tight and a bit cumbersome to navigate, but it was laid out as conveniently as possible given the constraints of an old building. The Nespresso machine in our room wasn't working properly so no in-room coffee.

great location. also the rooms have free snacks and drinks (including water and beer) that gets restocked everyday! nobody does this anymore. the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel,… etc.) were Hermes! parking is also offered in a nearby private facility. the hotel have a cafe in the lobby and it is near many great restaurants (breakfast and tapas)

not the hotel’s fault, but car renters/owners beware the parking is very tight (like everywhere in spain) so don’t rent a big car.

Good value for the money. Extremely clean room/bathroom. very centrally located to all the action in Seville.

Beds not great. Linens were cheap. But you get what you pay for. It was a budget friendly hotel. Guy at front desk said restaurant opened at 7, so we got up extra early for a 7 am breakfast- it didn't open until 7.30. Another couple were in the lobby waiting for 7am breakfast too, so it wasn't just that we misheard or anything. It shouldn't be that hard to give the correct time. We had to leave at 7.30 and woke up early for nothing.

The hotel is great, the staff was friendly and ready to help, the location is great, the room was clean and very comfortable. and indeed, for prosecco connoisseurs, this drink is waiting for you in the room for free, free drinks in the minibar and the option of luggage storage. Breakfast is available downstairs in the cafe, and it is worthy of your expectations. I recommend shopping here to enjoy)

The property is very tidy, the staff were all welcoming, friendly and give you a very useful information. Every time I return to the room I find snacks and drinks so in my fridge, which I found useful. The decor of the room is so beautiful which makes the room cosy and nice. The property is very central that the cathedral can be found within 5 minutes by walk and the property is closed to many restaurants and attractions. The staff also gave me a bottle of large Perrier water and Spanish traditional biscuits complements of the hotel, which I appreciated so much.

The hotel location was perfect for the old city. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. But it was the staff who made the difference. The staff went out of their way to help. I had left it late to book the Real Alcazar and it looked like their were no more online slots through booking.com and other sites til after we were due to leave. The hotel receptionist looked for me and successfully booked it. It was my favourite site to see. The hotel also offered all snacks and drinks in the room for free, and we had an unexpected gift of cava left in our room on our first night.

We were greeted by very warm people. In our room, champagne and a free minibar were waiting. The location is excellent, the staff is great (although that's true of most Spanish people) and we had a bidet, which we always appreciate. Even though the hotel was super ok, the city is so beautiful we still couldn't stay in for more than a couple of hours.
