Las Casas de El Arenal

Location was in the heart of Sevilla! Short walk to the Cathedral, other attractions, parking lot, restaurants, and everything you could need during your stay. The staff were very helpful, somehow our delux room we booked through booking.com was not available and we were given the last room on the property, it was not an ideal room but were thankful a room was available, we were offered a discounted rate to make up for the lesser room although still very comfortable. The breakfast had many options to choose from and had a nice layout and a view to the cute little courtyard. The staff on duty at our check in gave easy to follow directions to the underground parking which was a very close walk.

Excellent location ( 2 min walk to the cathedral and Alcazr)- 2 mins walk to bars and restaurants. Amazing room- Very authentic and Spanish and staff just could not do enough for us spotlessly clean and offered a delicious fresh breakfast every day. A fabulous roof terrace with sunloungers and hot tub!

From the moment we walked in we were impressed. This hotel is beautiful, but the real value add is its lovely staff and the excellent service they provided. We requested a twin room and the lady at reception said they could offer one, but it wasn't as nice as the double she had. She even went as far as to tell me I could go and check out the twin for myself, but said the double was 2 metres wide and a quieter room so we decided to follow her advice. Glad we did as it was beautiful. Lovely room, spotlessly clean, fancy toiletries, and a very good night's sleep. On top of that, breakfast was unexpectedly included; we didn't need breakfast, but that didn't stop the staff from trying to give us food to take with us when we went down to grab a quick coffee. There was also a free welcome drink, and again, when I was writing down which extra drinks we were having, someone quickly showed up to make sure I realised the first ones should be free. Just all round absolutely lovely people and service, and I can't wait to bring my partner back here to experience it as well. Oh, gosh! Almost forgot; it is also an extremely convenient location and takes you roughly 7 minutes to walk right into the cathedral, win!

This is such a beautiful and quirky hotel, located in a really convenient area. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they gave us good recommendations of things to do. We loved the idea of the honesty bar and enjoyed exploring the different rooms and areas of the hotel. As mentioned in other reviews this hotel also smells amazing! You can literally smell it as you walk past it on the street!

Room 15, very unusual shape, narrow and long, could just about walk around the bed. Not enough natural light

The hotel was beautiful. Very traditional with modern touches. Decor was fabulous. We asked for a double bed and got a huge double bed, in a beautiful room overlooking the street. Anything you could think of wanting was catered for - from all the bathroom amenities, robes, slippers through to the honesty bar and umbrellas for guests. Staff were incredibly helpful. The best hotel I have stayed in, in Seville, so far (and I visit a lot!)

The staff are fantastic, the location is excellent, its quiet and relaxing, very pretty and has a wonderful roof top terrace, though can get rather hot, wonderful if you like that and like a tan. breakfast seemed to have everything, and service is excellent, the experience is a great start to the day, and a brilliant atmosphere . Our room was very comfortable and surprisingly massive !!! Bedroom with tv, living room with tv, a bathroom/ shower/ and power bath jacuzzi, all made for a great ten day stay.

Not much to not be happy about ,of course its all about opinions, would liked to have had a bar, as you could order a drink and sit around the hotel but no physical bar, again its only my opinion and i guess people would not care, its just for me i would have liked that. other than that nothing to not like..

The location is excellent, it's a quite street in an otherwise busy area with very little through traffic. My room was very quite and looked onto a planted courtyard, very private and secure so quite I could leave the AC off and keep the doors to the Juliette balcony open even during the evening - was happy enough to ask for the same room for my second stay. The staff very helpful and always charming. Can't comment on breakfast as I always had it out there are so many choices around the corner.

Nothing to complain about other that I did on a couple of occasions detect an effluent odour but that could just have been from the area it is after all a historical centre.

absolutely incredible here! i chose this hotel because of how cute the decor is, boutique hotels are my favorite to stay in. the receptionist Ignacio, raul and christina are seriously so kind and go above and beyond for your comfort. they recommend the best places to go and to eat always! 27 help for whatever you need. COME STAY HERE, it is 100% worth it. from the decor, to the comfort of the bed, to the amazing location and how kind the workers are this place has my heart! also a quick tip, if you are in seville don’t rent a car!!! everything around is walking distance 5-20 minutes walking from this hotel. parking is expensive and hard, there are taxis, uber(around 20 euros) and the bus ticket to get here is only 4 euros per person. there is no need for a car we had to go return ours early because it was just sitting while we paid for parking every 2 hours. so glad i chose to stay in this hotel for my birthday

There are many luxurious hotels in Sevilla, Las Casas de El Arenal is one of them. Not overwhelming luxury, but discrete luxury and enough to qualify for the five stars. The charming interior design adds to the ambiance and creates a truly Southern and welcoming atmosphere. An atrium forms the center of the hotel and from there a lift is available. The rooftop has a sun terrace with sunbeds and a small whirlpool.

It is a boutique hotel in an ancient building which offers lots of charm but also some limitations e.g. as to the size of its rooms. The breakfast is good, not outstanding, but absolutely in the upper half.
