Very clean and quiiet hotel at top location in the old town, wich stands out because of the politeness of the staff and the exceptional customer service they provide. The room we stayed at, in terms of size was very comfortable for a couple and overall very pleasant and bright. Blind curtains can shut the light out effectively. The bed was quite large but a little too soft for my taste. The hotel has an elevator and a 24hr reception as well as a vending machine with water and soft drinks. The Cathedral, the City Hall and the Bull Ring are about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Las Setas and the River are within walking distance as well and for Plaza de España you can get the tram that is only 4 min walk.

The bathroom is the only reason this hotel cannot get a 10/10. You need to be really, really agile to get in and out of the bathtub because of how near it the toilet seat and sink are located. Any person with mobility issues and any large person will have a very hard time if they will be able to get in the bathtub at all. Not sure if all the rooms have the same issue though.

I stayed one night before travelling onwards to a different city the following day and didn't arrive until later in the evening. The woman who checked me in was fantastic. Excellent English, polite and extremely helpful. She immediately asked if I would like a map and gave me one while she also marked on it some good restaurants for dinner and breakfast. I took her advice and was so happy I did as they both had amazing food and I actually went back to the breakfast place when I returned for my flight home a week later. The desk was 24 hours which was helpful because as a smoker I had a non smoking room and had to go downstairs and outside to smoke. The staff changed the next day and the man who replaced her was also amazing (so sorry I didn't get their names!) He looked after my luggage whilst I shopped and went sightseeing, helped me find the correct bus to the train station and he marked on the map exactly where the official Sevilla FC store was so that I could get souvenirs. This was the first time I ever travelled alone and I am a woman, but I would come back and I would book here again. I felt so safe and not at all worried because the staff were so amazing. Every time I left and came back it was really easy to find no matter which street I travelled down...and there are many interconnecting lanes, streets and roads! But each time I would find myself easily able to find my way back there. Its right in the city centre near the cathedral and so many amazing restaurants nearby. A lovely little hotel. The room was tiny but clean and comfortable and I only needed it for a single night. Its a beautiful little hotel inside and I will have to return again soon.

The staff was excellent and very helpful with tips of places to go/see. Somebody always at the front desk as they hang on to your physical key when you head out for the day. the lobby is beautiful. beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful when I picked the wrong dates on booking for an “unchangeable” reservation. they were able to move it for me no problem with 1 phone call. the location is also immaculate. nothing was more than a 15 min walk. I think this 1 star rated hotel is more accommodating than some 2 and 3 star hotels. I would stay here again.

While the hotel is beautiful for a 1 star, you begin to notice why it’s a 1-star in some areas. No coffee machine in room. Bathroom is on the smaller side The air conditioner in the room will struggle to keep you cool on 30C+ days/nights Some female solo might construe the physical key as a safety issue compared to the electronic key cards we are all used to. with all that said, 183 euros a night was a little pricey for shoulder season. this seems to be a theme with hotels partnered with booking.com, but they insist to see the credit card you booked with in order to be granted your reservation, so if you book it for somebody else, they might be hosed. I’ve never experienced that in the states.

The hotel location and staff were amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. For this reason alone, I would return. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel updates and cleanliness. This was my second time in Seville and this location just can not be beat.

The walls are thin and you can here people outside your room. Also, our devices (phones and computers) did not properly charge. They were left plugged in all day yet were charged less than 50%. No coffee in the room but there is a lovely cafe just two doors down where you can get a cup there or take away.

Amazing location and excellent staff, the room meets the photos and it was just all we needed for two days. At the reception we received kind recommendations about what to see around the city. From the hotel is possible to walk to all tourists points from a 5 to 10 minutes distance. The best restaurants are also in the hotel's street but honestly I recommend to try any place to eat and drink because it was all amazing.

If you're looking for luxury I recommend you find a 5 star hotel. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable but simple. I tried the AC but I could see it was a bit old so my allergies would definitely come up if I leave it on during the night. Since it was the beginning of spring, we had chill nights. But Seville is a hot and dry city during summer, so I would probably have issues with that.

We were only in Seville for one night so the central location of this hotel was perfect. The staff on reception were very friendly and we were able to rest well in the room, despite a bit of noise coming from the street as we were on the first floor. The bed was comfy and a good size.

It would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. The room was quite small and old-fashioned, but as it was only for one night this wasn't a big deal. I found it quite strange that the key was attached to an extremely heavy keyring that you had to hand in to reception every time you wanted to leave the hotel. I have never experienced this before and I would prefer to be able to come and go whenever I please without having to request my key every time from the front desk.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were a highlight for me as they were very friendly and helpful and always there if you need anything. I also liked that there is a machine in the lobby for water/drinks. The location is excellent, right in the centre! I would absolutely stay here again!

Yeh staff were super friendly and helpful and the 24 hour reception was so useful. The rooms are simple but the beds are very comfortable. The shower was nice and hot. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The location could not be better. It is right in the city centre.

The walls are a little thin. I could hear the neighbouring room showering on the last night of my stay.

Amazing staff. Very comfortable beds! Sparkling clean! Great location with dining options just next door or around the corner. Close to a market. Great value. Luggage storage too.

Small rooms, but honestly we were on the go so much it wasn't that big of a problem.

Perfect location close to all the sights sounds and food. Within walking distance of all the major landmarks. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Small rooms but Clean and cosy with all the basic amenities .

Room could be a little more sound proofed but there was no trouble getting to sleep.
