The location is great - in a quiet street away from the hubub of the old town/main road and yet, very convenient to reach the old town on foot with 10-15 minutes. There was a daily cleaning service. There was also water cooler available at the reception where one can have water or fill a bottle. Lots of eating places also around the corner.

The shower door doesn't close properly - so water leaks out of the shower cabin. So it was good that there was a daily cleaning service. My room was on the ground floor - so sometimes when guests were loud in coming in/going out, I could hear them in the room. There is a window but you can't really open it as it overlooks the reception.

Its at the center of many shops but still quiet enough at night. Perfect location, you can take a bus for 1 or 2 stops to bring you to the center or you can walk it for 15minutes. But you may also just look around at the back for a hidden alley full of restaurants and shops!! 2 minutes by walk ! Its near a garden market full of street foods and vintage bazaar They clean your room everyday and they have hot water for making tea and coffees

- Great location - The idea of using codes instead of keys /key cards is great - Great receptionist. Arsenio was very helpful and communicated - Fairly good inside the room, although the bed could have been slightly bigger

I was on the ground floor, - the room had barely any ventialtion. The only window in the room opened out to the reception area, and it was not an option. - no noise cancellation, so everytime someone enters or leaves the building it was very disturbing. In fact, the first night there was a noisy group of people upstairs and it was a sleepless night until 1.00 AM.

Clean room, very good security system and filtered water right by the lobby area. I loved that the hostel staff send detailed instructions for pre-registration, including how to get into the hostel and room, in advance/earlier same day. Once we got into the hostel, the copy of paid receipts and instructions for WiFi and all hostel rules were laid out in printed paper. Everything went so smoothly and didn't have to bother calling receptionist at all. Our check-in was delayed by some marathon run that was going on, and all the roads were blocked off. However, we are glad we had all the information we needed to get into the room on our own.

You can hear some noises from streets being so close to the main street but it was okay overnight. We were there just one short night and left pretty early in the morning to catch a train.

Very accesible and near to everything - supermarkets, restaurants, bus stop and 10mins walk to the cathedral. Our room is facing the street, so some noises can be heard from outside, but its not that bothersome. Everything is digital, so it really feel safe. The staff are also friendly. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. A free water dispenser on the lobby.

Room is a bit small for our two luggages. Shower head needs to be fix as its was lose and keeps falling down. A garbage bin inside the room aside from the one in the toilet will be a great addition.

This was a friendly , family run hostel ,hosted by Arsenio who was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable about his city and places to go . We felt totally safe and secure in this location which was close to the city centre ( the Cathedral district) and would highly recommend it. Thank you , Arsenio , for helping us . Halfway between the city center and the train station, in a good location. The host was very flexible and helpful!

The room is very small (if you open the window only a crack, you can't get to the bed anymore :D ). The doors, window (even though they are new) let in a lot of noise from the nearby main road and from the corridor and also from the street.

The location is perfect, walking distance to all attractions. Carrfour express only 2 mins away. The staff were friendly and helpful and quick to respond to requests. The room was comfortable relative to the price

The room had some dust on the shelves when we first checked in. There were some issues with the bathroom, the sink got clogged and sometimes there was no hot water. But to be honest the staff helped to resolve the issues quickly. Noise from the street was loud, especially at night

The location is very good to those willing to visit the tourist attractions, but it is also close to the metro so you can to other parts of the city and come and go to the airport by bus. It was sparkling clean and they facilitated our check-in, as we arrived after the normal check-in hours. The staff is very friendly and it is also full of good restaurants around. I lived in Seville before and I really love the city and the people.
