Basic Hotel Doña Manuela

The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to the Santa Cruz Barrio and overlooking the Jardines de Murillo. Rooms were clean, bright and spacious with two Juliet Balconies and a nice bathroom. The rooftop terrace has fabulous views and is a great place to relax and escape the crowds. There is a small bar with drinks and snacks downstairs that you can use throughout the day, all for free!

It was all excellent. The city itself was very busy due to the Easter parades so there was quite a lot of noise. Particularly one night when there was a procession going past my window! However, this is not the fault of the hotel and also in fact not really a problem as I did enjoy the prime view! If I'm being really picky I did find myself comparing it to the place I stayed just prior to this hotel in Granada and found the reception staff slightly less friendly. Again this is just a comparison rather than a real negative.

This is a lovely Spanish hotel with a roof top patio that overlooks the park. A perfect place from which to stroll through shaded and flowered paths. Walking distance to the big tourist sights and great restaurants the location is marvelous. A great value and a wonderful stay. It is such a treat to get more than you expected.

Complimentary water expresso coffee and other beverages along with fruit bowl and other food tastefully presented really appreciated Warm welcome from reception. The hotel location was a great value and just fantastic, within walking distance and close to everything in historic Seville center, but without being located in an area that was noisy or busy. Our room was very neat, clean, and quiet... something we always appreciate. All guest have access to the rooftop terrace, complete with tables and chairs, which was nice at night, especially when the sun went down in July. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and one of the best services provided was a small snack area where guests could get complimentary cold drinks (water, juice, soda) and snacks such as fruit, pastries, and crackers. For breakfast, this included milk and cereal and an automatic coffee machine. We loved our stay and would absolutely return, without even looking for another hotel in a better location or for a better price.

We liked everything. Seville is hot in July, but that is not something this wonderful hotel could do anything about. Don't forget the complimentary and cold drinks, though. We had some every day of our multi-day stay.

The geographical location of this hotel is very advantageous. The accommodation is very comfortable, the bed is very comfortable, and the pillow is also very comfortable. The staff at the front desk of this hotel are very enthusiastic and friendly. In addition, the decoration here is also very beautiful. Free snacks are also available here. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money! I really like this hotel! If I had the opportunity to come back to Sevilla, I would still choose this hotel. Maybe offer another trash bin in the room not just one trash bin in the bathroom.

Traditional large scale house with big sized bedroom and large bathroom. Beautiful interior and decor. Said two star but this is more three star. Lovely roof terrace. Free small buffet breakfast and drinks all day and evening. Restaurant adjoining very nice and calm ,tables outside in day. Round corner of street,all other cafes and restaurants . Excellent hotel,nice big comfy room ,huge bathroom and well kept house. Only about ten minutes to the cathedral and Alcazhar . Easy to walk through Jardins de Murillo opposite hotel ,to the Tobacco Factory area.

It was excellent.

It was a beautiful old building. Great location for walking to all the main attractions. Surrounded on all side by cafes and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful Many paintings and sculptures around the hotel including a statue of David in the foyer. Very pleasant ambiance. Free cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice , bottled water and sweet snacks in the foyer 24 hours. Room was spacious (superior double) and very clean bathroom

No refrigerator in the room and as we were there in the height of summer, it would have been useful.

We loved our 4-night stay at this hotel! The location was perfect and near all the important sites in Seville! (including Murillo Gardens, Alcazar palace, plaza de España, many choices of restaurants and several places to see Flamenco! ) The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The description says they don’t serve breakfast, but the have great coffee, tea, cereal, muffins, fruit and cold drinks available all day! The staff are friendly and welcoming.

I would say that the only thing we didn’t like was at night it is a bit noisy from the restaurant downstairs and many dogs barking.

Everything. Eva, the manager, was extremely helpful and friendly to me and my daughter, providing advice about local attractions. She made us feel very welcome. The hotel was comfortable and well located, with many cafés and bars nearby, and just 10 minutes walk from both the cathedral and Plaza de España. There were also complimentary refreshments all day, including coffee, juice, water and snacks. Our room was a good size with great views over a beautiful park. Excellent value for money and warm atmosphere.

Nothing.

The room was very nice, my wife loved the large doors that opened to the outside. Everything was clean and the hotel even offered free water, pop, and a few snacks in the lobby for guests. The hotel was within walking distance to everything we were doing there and there were plenty of places to eat in the area. The park across the street is nice as well.

The only thing I wish was different was the 2 twin beds they push together to make a king bed. They start to move apart in the night and it's not as easy/comfortable to snuggle with your partner.
