Located in Santa Cruz short walk to Cathedral and Giralda. Alcazar and Parque Maria Luisa. Lovely quiet hotel with friendly helpful welcoming staff nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in room C2 just below the rooftop bar and pool area. The room was lovely, great comfy bed and bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. Nice toiletries including body lotion. Soft big bath towel. Tea tray, coffee machine and bottles of water in room. Quiet efficient air con which quickly cooled or heated room. Private patio seating area accessed via glass door inside your room along small hall with 2 steps down from wardrobes and bathroom leading into bedroom area which had double doors opening to views of internal courtyard. Stayed in the new part of the hotel. Would stay again if visiting Seville.

Towel rail above bath was a bit high for me would be handy to have towel hooks by shower. Mirror only in bathroom. As there were steps next to the wardrobe it made reaching the hangers and rail on one side difficult not designed for short people if I stood on the floor I could not reach I had to stand on one of the steps. It did not bother us but some guests may find the noise from people going up and down the metal stairs to access the rooftop bar and pool near this room a nuisance. Bit of a strange way to access room lift from reception to second floor then walk along a corridor to get another lift to third floor.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and huge! We were right by the rooftop terrace which gave great views over the city and of the Giralda. Cocktails were very fairly priced too. I was blown away by the hotels location & facilities. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Everything! The hotel is amazing and the rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to enjoy some relaxation and a dip on a very very hot day. The staff were sensational, lovely, welcoming and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. They gave us a room upgrade, and a late checkout as we had a late train to Valencia. We were able to use the rooftop pool after checkout, they looked after our bags and we could use the bathroom to freshen up before heading to the train. We loved it there, the room was massive and super clean. The staff were just amazing. Superb location very close to everything. We will definitely stay again.

Room was very attractive. Nice and clean. Lovely view over a little square with restaurants. The staff at the hotel provided a super welcome - and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and very good quality ingredients. Lovely dining room with calm atmosphere. Location was great for seeing all the main attractions in Seville. The hotel was a little bit of a walk from where the airport bus drops you off but not an unpleasant one. We were very pleased with this hotel and have already recommended it to other friends who are planning to visit Seville. :-)

Having a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the Square had its benefits - but one morning we were disturbed at about 3am with the restaurants bins being collected and emptied. Noise went on quite a long time. Mentioned this to the staff. They were very apologetic and even offered to move us to an internal room if we wanted to do so. However, we stayed where we were and it was only that once that the noise happened. So, not a problem over the duration of our stay. Only other slight niggle perhaps with breakfast is that they cater better for coffee drinkers than for people (like me) who drink tea. Would have been nice to have much hotter water available for my tea bags - or even a little tea pot! Otherwise, the breakfast was brilliant - and my partner loved the coffee!

The staff were incredible, all so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. From reception staff, to bar staff to cleaners, they really were all exceptional and made our trip so perfect. The gentleman that checked us in gave us a map and circled everything that might be of interest to us. Bar staff made delicious cocktails and brought them to us whilst we relaxed round the pool. The cleaners made our room up daily with fresh towels and linen, and cleaned to perfection, they were also so friendly, and chatted to us in the hallways. The hotel is beautiful, amazing location and all the facilities were everything we could of needed and more. The pool was so refreshing after a day out in the heat and the many areas to relax and sunbathe meant we were always able to find a spot to unwind when coming back to the hotel. The AC in the room and wider hotel was always at the perfect temp, keeping us cool after being out in the sun. On our penultimate night, a bottle of fizz was left in our room which was such a heart warming gesture to end our brilliant stay. Thank you!

Nothing!

This was our 3rd trip to Seville, staying in different hotels each time. This hotel was our absolute favorite place to stay. The location is excellent, being right in the heart of Santa Cruz and easy walking distance to all the main attractions. We also loved the fact that although very central, the hotel was quiet at night, which meant we slept well. The room was very spacious, modern, and spotless, with a very comfortable super king bed which felt like luxury. The rooftop pool is an added bonus and offers a quiet, relaxing space to soak up some sun and cool off in the pool after all the sightseeing. The rooftop bar is also lovely, and we enjoyed pre and post dinner drinks here, with lovely sunset views. What makes this hotel a definite for us to return to is the staff, who were all so friendly and helpful, and really made our stay extra special. Thanks to you all for a superb stay.

We booked room only and the breakfast we thought was expensive at 18 Euros per person. This is pretty average though in comparison to other hotels. We personally preferred to go out and enjoy breakfast in one of the many local cafes.

It was in a central location close to the beautiful historic neighborhood near restaurants and shops. The staff was accommodating, courteous and professional. The mini bar was freshly stocked each day and was room was clean and extremely comfortable.

The A/C is a little tricky and the first night when I returned back to the room, it was very hot inside and since it was very late, I didn’t want to disturb the desk. But at soon as I called in the morning they came up within minutes and showed me how to operate it and it worked perfectly thereafter. So just make sure you know how to operate it. There is a clicking sound that you have to hear to know that it is on.

The location of this property was second to none. Located in the heart of the Santa Cruz district and near all of the tourist attractions. We used no public transport while we were here as the location was phenomenal. The pool was amazing for cooling down in the warm heat and there are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy. The rooms were INCREDIBLE and immaculately kept. The staff were so friendly and helpful - particularly Ines who helped us find the most incredible authentic flamenco show! A 10/10 stay. A MASSIVE thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable

Nothing. Everything was perfect

The hotel was a great location, within walking distance to everything. The room was huge and so reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely (it was small, but as expected for a plunge pool). Towels provided for pool and room cleaned everyday. Rooftop bar nice and chilled. Seville is a beautiful city and this is the perfect base to explore.

There was nothing not to like. If we had to choose something, it would be the rooftop is spread over a few areas, so a little walk to get a drink from the pool area, but this was not an issue for us at all.

This property had pretty much everything. It had a very small swimming pool, lots of space outside on the rooftop for sunbathing and in the evening for drinks, lovely breakfast facilities with a good selection of breakfast, pleasant staff, both Reception and Cleaning, very prompt service if anything was missing and comfortable beds. Parking cost 22 euros a day but so good that a city property has parking available on first come first served basis.

The only thing that I would say is that for the standard of property and the price , I think all rooms (not just the deluxe) should be given a coffee maker with a few coffee capsules or proper tea making facilities because that was definitely lacking. Advise not to have a big hire car as if the main route to hotel is closed as is often the case on a Saturday, then the roads you have to take to get there are soooo tiny
