The apartment is amazing. Great location within easy walking distance to everything. The place is clean, big lots of space for everyone. The main bedroom has a balcony over the street which was perfect for Semana Santa processions.

The online check in procedures were annoying...we were traveling and didn't have access to our email, apps etc for long stretches of time. So upon arrival we were unable to get the check-in procedures until we landed and at that point we were in the rain trying to complete the forms in order to get into the apartment.

We stayed at the appartment Francisco carrion Majias at the first floor it is a : Clean appartment. Well organized for checkin and checkout. And offred free cleaning in the middle of the 5 days stay. efficient furniture. All matrixes are good with very good back support(someone with experience talking here). Good to have good quality and well functionning dishwasher, washing machine, oven, Induction plake, and italian stove coffee maker(a must have for our family). Well fuctionning airconditionning and an elevator. In fact you can easilly tell that all the building have been newly renovated.

A little bit far from the landmarks compared to my other stays : but No worries if you can walk an extra 15 mins. There was almost enough plates and glasses, but it would have been nice if we had mugs and more glaces.

Great location. Uncomplicated check in. Clean. Good air con in living space & both bedrooms . WiFi fast enough for all needs. Good lighting in communal areas. Secure locks on front door (reassuring for female travellers). Fantastic value for money

I had an amazing stay at Zentral Suites & Apartments in Granada! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The apartment was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations and making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. I would highly recommend Zentral Suites & Apartments to anyone visiting Granada and looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

Fantastic location. Clean, safe and secure apartment. Has everything u might need for a short stay in Seville. Beds comfortable kitchen and bathroom were clean. They even cleaned after 2 days stays with fresh linen and towels which was unexpected and very pleasing Note they have different locations around Seville we arrived at morgado st. I would definitely use them again. Thank you zentral team

We were locked out of my appointment the first night and staff were not available to help as i arrived at 11pm. Be sure the code they give u for the apartment is right. Double check it with them. Be careful if its same code for building and apartment. Communication with staff over WhatsApp or booking.com is great during the day.. problem can occur if out of hours. They did have a phone line which u can call.. but there is a risk to getting an answer out of hours as we found.

Just great location in the heart of the beautiful city and great value for money. The apartment was big enough for our family with six people. Everything was just perfect - more than we expected. The hosts were great and asked and took care that everything was fine for us. The keys were easy to find. If we come back to Sevilla, we will definitely stay here again.

We didn't understand parking is not possible on the streets close to the apartment but there are parking houses nearby.

Excellent value apartment in great location with all essential facilities, including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and well equipped with dishes and pans etc. Really appreciated having outdoor terrace with seats, table, and handy washing line. Cleaner came regularly, and changed towels, and topped up essentials. Prompt friendly responses from staff to queries. The left luggage facility at San Eloy was very useful.

The air conditioning in bedroom was rather noisy. Checking in instructions could be clearer and more informative. Was a bit confusing. The code for the entrypad is sent by email and WhatsApp after you have submitted a completed form with passport details of all your group and provided credit card details for the deposit. There was no corkscrew, so had to buy one, as couldn't take one on the plane in cabin luggage. Neighbouring apartments and stairwell were a bit noisy at times. The apartment is clean and comfortable, but would benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

The property is in an excellent position to visit all the sites of Seville. It is well maintained and the Morgoda 5 has a terrace outside the double bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds on the second floor. It has access to the roof terrace were there is chairs and sun loungers. The apartment has microwave, fridge freezer, washer machine and a two ring hob. Tea and coffee were available. There is a area with a breakfast bar and 5 stools. There is a sofa but only two people are able to sit on it to watch the tv. The sofa does turn into a sofa bed.

I would not recommend 5 adults in this apartment as it has limited space, and if anyone uses the sofa bed they will certainly be disturbed when people use the bathroom. The twin room on the second floor has a tight spiral staircase which is quite tight, and I would be worried if any children or anyone has difficulty walking going up and down the stairs. It would be nice to have a couple of parasols on the roof terrace as it is very hot up there and had no shade.

The location is so central, we had to park the car 300m away! The place is clean, and the apartment we were given had a fairly large courtyard. The beds were very comfortable and provided an excellent night's sleep.

Instructions on how to get there were fine, although there is a sign outside the actual entrance directing you further down the street to the reception. I think the wording of that sign needs changing!

Checking in was very easy as we entered the house with a code. We found the house very easily and our apartment was very spacious. We were very pleased with everything. The neighbors next door were very loud, but that's also luck. rooms were clean and comfortable. We, as a family, were very pleased with this stay. We definitely recommend it.

When we first came there was no kettle in the house. We couldn't use a kettle on the first day, but they supplied it in the morning.
