The WiFi was great and there's always someone at reception to help with anything (for example the cards not working, which happens sometimes) and they gave me very good recommendations. Happy hour at the bar in the 3rd floor is a good time to meet people. The common area and rooftop are spacious.
The common area had leaks on the roof. The room and kitchen can feel a bit cramped as well. This is very specific to me (and maybe other digital nomads), but I felt like there wasn't much room to work, there are 3 good spaces in the common area and that's it.

I really liked it, its clean and rooms are comfortable, I was in a all female 12 beds room, it was great and I actually didn’t see that party vibe? Like yeah there were lot of parties but it wasn’t that loud and at least in my room there wasn’t a big coming and going of people so it was fine. I liked the fact there were two bathrooms in the room, but you should calculate your time that it could take a bit of time to get to the bathroom. I liked the pub crawl, the staff vibe and over all it was very fine. I would recommend it. They give you blankets, I’ve heard someone say they also give you free towels if you ask but I’m not sure. Also great vibe, very pretty kitchen with new equipment.
I think they should have bigger fridges, I stayed during NYE and the fridges were full of stuff you couldn’t put your things anywhere, but there was a full house so Idk.

The location was great, each room has separate bathroom which was very convenient. The staff was really nice, the breakfast very tasty. They also let you keep your bags before it’s time to check in for free. I did the tour that is organised by the hostel and it was amazing. The tour guide Carmen was very knowledgeable and I loved the way she was explaining things. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Seville.
One of the beds in female only room was placed perpendicular to the wall and because it was quite open and because of it I didn’t feel very safe on the top. However when I went and asked to be moved to a different one the guy at the reception and the following night they have moved me to the bottom one, which I really appreciated.

- The staff are all super nice and helpful and they give you recommendations - As a female solo traveler I felt very safe, you need a card to enter the hostel and your room and there's always someone at the reception (if not you can call them) - Good breakfast with 4 options - Good location of the hostel - Great they organize activities like walking tours and pub crawl (didn't join the pub crawl though), where you can meet other people - The roof top is a great place to chill - They provide shower towels, you just have to give them back before leaving
- The beds didn't have a curtain for privacy, and so even though each bed has its own light (and outlet and spacious locker, but no padlock) you can't really use it because it's annoying to other people sleeping - To turn on/off or adjust the air conditioner you have to ask the reception (and they do it willingly), can't do it in the room. Also you need to accomodate that some people want it on, others off, etc. I found it bad at night because it triggered allergies and also dries the air a lot and makes you congested - The roof top area closes at midnight and then as common places you only have the kitchen area with tables and a couch

Impressive and elegant facility, much of the staff shows great professionalism and love for their work.
I have noticed on several occasions the presence of some cleaners in the reception and administrative area, which I have found to be excessive and intrusive, far beyond the essential service communications or cleaning activities. This is a behavior I would avoid because in my opinion it gives a feeling of disorder, inefficiency, and disorganization, and can make one feel that they are looking after their own interests and not those of the company and customers. I believe that when too much space is given, it can lead to demands, charges, and requests that cannot be met.

Terrace, pool, breakfast, people, free walking tour
Access cards were so annoying. If you keep one close to your phone, it doesn’t work anymore and you need to go to the reception and ask to reprogram it. In 3 nights I had to do it 6-8 times.

Upon arrival I had a smooth check-in; the receptionist Robert was very helpful and kind. He was able to transfer my friend (who booked the other Oasis hostel) to this hostel so we could stay at the same place. The breakfast we had at the bar was decent. We didn’t order anything else at the bar and we didn’t use the common room and/or kitchen, but it looked all really chill. The rooftop was crowded, but quite spacious. The pool was a really nice extra to dip in and cool off on hot summer days, with a nice view. The hostel is located nearby Las Setas, and there are plenty of restaurants/cafés around. It’s close to the shopping district. We had a very pleasant stay.
Even though the all-female dorm had a private bathroom, it was a bit inconvenient that the toilet and the shower weren’t separated. We had to share the bathroom with the six of us and sometimes when you’d want to use the toilet, you can’t because someone is in the shower. I must admit that I haven’t looked for other toilets around the hostel so I can’t really complain too much about it. Another thing is that there was a gap in between my bunkbed and the wall and there was no place to put my phone, glasses and charger. My friend stayed in a mixed dorm and said that his bed was up against the wall and had a small cup holder where he could put his personal belongings. He also had an USB-outlet too (I didn’t).

Location is quite good ! markets nearby where shops open till late night too. Rooms are decent enough for a few nights doesnt matter much. what else you can expect in a hostel! the common areas are very nice and clean.
Breakfast option could have been better may be. For 4euros breakfast there were not much options available but not much to expect at that price anyway! Just want to give a heads up to other travellers that dont expect much in breakfast options at 4 euros.

The location of the hostel is good - near Setas de Sevilla (Las Setas or Metropol Parasol) and it is ok to get to other tourist attractions by foot. It is also close to the bus station if you are travelling somewherelse after the stay. The staff was really friendly and provided a lot of information and tips when I checked in. Additionally, the others that worked serving breakfast or during happy hour/pub crawl were also nice. It provides 3 options of breakfast and it is worth it. The hostel is also a good place to get to know people if you are travelling solo or with friends. As it was summer, there were a lot of guests in the pool area. Besides that, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean.
The beds are not that comfortable and they don't have curtains for more privacy.

Spacious and elegant facility with many services and good technology that can accommodate even the most demanding guests. The premises are large and comfortable, with a centralised air-conditioning system which makes the temperature everywhere pleasant. The bedrooms are convenient and clean, with cosy and comfy beds and wide lockers to store one's luggage. It is a hostel that invites you to extend your stay, it has many environments where everyone can feel at ease, there is a lovely terrace with a bar and swimming pool where to relax when the weather is good. The rates are affordable, compared to what it provides, and to the location right in the centre of one of Spain's most attractive and important cities. The staff is competent and friendly, it is a pleasure to be welcomed by such experienced professionals.
