Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Apartment is well maintained and v spacious. Location was good.

- Laundry detergent was not provided. - Broom, mop, pail and cleaning supplies were left exposed in kitchen area which was unsightly. - Staff refused to grant a 30mins left luggage service up till 11.30am, even though cleaners were not in by then. Too rigid. A little flexibility would have gone a long way to boost customer experience.

Communication with the manager on WhatsApp was great. Door code received before our flight arrived, perfect. This is a very modern, comfortable apartment in a perfect location. This is on a very popular walking street but once in the apartment you hear nothing. 15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas, the main bus station where the airport bus arrives & departs. Easy walk to all main sites. We will stay here whenever we are in Seville and we will be back.

Construction started outside our walls at 7:30, we contacted the manager who said that would be the last day, it was not. The next 2 days the noise started at 8:30. Construction should never start in residencial areas before 9:00. Construction is never the way to be woken up on vacation three days in a row.

The size of the apartment was so nice, and having a balcony was great. Everything I wanted to do was very walkable, and the staff were very helpful during check-in. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had control over my heat and cool.

The apartment is starting to get a little shabby. Some dirt on the walls, noisy fridge, peeling wallpaper, and some of the things like sofa cushions and rugs shown in the photos were not there making it feel a bit cold. The building is very quiet, which is good because there no sound protection to the hallway areas. Some sound stripping around doors and windows would go a long way for privacy.

Good location and spacious. The automatic check-in was easy, and having no keys to carry around was a bonus (our room was code only). The terrace was nice too.

The sewer smell coming from the drains was quite strong and I also noticed a mild Clorox smell every time I entered the studio. Overall tidy but not very clean. Also, the building is not very sound proof and the sounds in the corridor are amplified. Expect to wake up in the middle of the night every time someone closes the main door with a bang.

Nicely decorated apartment located in central location with short distance to all attractions and transport points. Well equipped with all needed amenities, towels and linens, etc Very friendly and responsive personnel who is available via Whatsup messenger - shared all info for self check in and arrival to the place, attractions, etc. Great value for accommodation price. I appreciated a lot that the apartment is based on the ground floor, no need to carry up the heavy luggage to higher stair levels. Would definitely return here on my return to Sevilla.

I think there is lack of small sofa table in the dining room (this is only note cause by personal preference)

The location was great, just as I had hoped when booking. It’s an easy walk to tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. It was easy to get in and had an elevator. Staff was very responsive about addressing our issues with the apartment.

The bathroom in the main bedroom was a combo shower, toilet and tiny tiny sink. The shower head had a leak and the floor was wet almost everywhere (they fixed it the next day), but using the sink was a real pain and there was no place to place toiletries. It was not well-designed. Also, the bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a glass wall (translucent most of the bottom), so if you used it at night, the light would disturb any other person in the room. I really did not like the setup. The outdoor balcony was simply an artificial grassed outdoor area with no view but the inner courtyard of other apartments.

Very central location 5 minute walk from airport bus, tram and multiple other bus stops. Surrounded by plenty of shops, retail, food and cafes. Clean property no problems with cockroaches or insects. Cleaning products provide. Mop, brushes, iron and board etc. Kitchen was well equipped, hob and microwave, coffee machine with pods, kettle and toaster. Bathrooms had two large showers, personally my room had a bathroom with his and her sinks with vanity, no problem with sink size. Plenty of towels and bed linen. Shutter and blinds to keep the heat out, AC was very loud but worked perfectly as it was 42 degrees during my stay! Slight noise from other apartments, fire alarm went off one night but sorted quickly by staff! Personally I didn’t like that there was no additional way of locking the apartment other than relying on the pin pad, a chain or additional lock is nice to have as a solo female for comfort. I personally had no balcony which made the room feel like a cave when I was in it too long, however it was so hot I can’t imagine I would have used it anyway. The apartment was very open plan, a privacy curtain or screen would be nice if you were sharing for the “bedroom” or at the sofa bed area.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the bed was the comfiest one i have ever slept on. 😍 They have finished the apartment off to a very high standard and it shows. Location was perfect for what we needed it for.

Trying to find the apartment was tough, especially when it's a contactless entry (you are given lock codes). Unfortunately, they have multiple locations named the same thing, within the same general area, which makes it difficult to find the correct one. We were sent the location on Google maps by the property, which took us to the wrong location (wasn't even a Nine Suites building), so we spent a little time wandering around aimlessly trying to find it. They do, however, have an office where someone can help. We were on our way there when we saw another Nine Suites and tried that one, finally finding the correct location. Even giving the location of a nearby shop would help a little.

I was sent a text message with instructions on the codes. Very easy and no need to worry about collecting/returning keys. A great place for those who want a comfortable and convenient place to stay while they explore Seville, rather than a proper hotel with lots of facilities.

Noise levels in the apartments are high. Doors slamming. I think this is a structural problem with the building. Lots of hard surfaces, no sound deadening, and light wells that allow sound to travel. Friday evening was very noisy with children shouting until 1am.

The apartment was in a central location with all amenities close by. The apartment was modern, beautifully decorated, and included a balcony area. It was too hot to sit there during our stay but very good for drying clothes. The staff at the left luggage office (same company) on the same street were very helpful. They were able to advise on places to eat, provide maps etc.

The sofa bed was broken. The staff did offer to get the maintenance team out immediately. As we were only staying 2 nights, we said to repair after our stay + put the mattress on the floor to use instead. There is no oven for cooking, only a hob + microwave.
