Hotel Casa Vilella 4* Sup

The customer service at this place is top notch. We have never felt so taken care of ever In our lives at a hotel. This was our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond for us. Every room, Every common space was spotless and immaculate. The pool was our favorite. very private very luxurious. If you have the money to stay here definitely do it if you want to be treated like royalty. We only stayed there three nights of six in Sitges but it was worth it.

Everything was perfect. Our balcony door did have an issue the last night but staff were very attentive to take care of it.

If you get room #9, you're in heaven. Fantastic terrace facing an unobstructed view of the sea. Large room and bathroom, table and chairs on the terrace, plenty of space and very comfortable. The entire hotel has been renovated to a very high standard, very tasteful. Staff are really exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking is very convenient and secure, in the basement.

The shower seems like an accident waiting to happen. All the fixtures are fine, but the tub is a slippery place to splash around in while taking a shower. There is a nice view of the sea from the shower, though!

Charming and cozy hotel with a lovely common terrace on second floor overlooking the boardwalk and sea. I stayed in one of the duplex rooms rooms which were stylish and super comfortable. Staff is professional and also warm and extremely helpful and accommodating! Shout out to Ana at the front desk and Nuria at the hotel restaurant who are poised and personable and at the top of their game! Don’t hesitate to book this boutique experience across from the beach from which you can easily access beaches and restaurants and shops and cultural institutions on foot! Really impeccable!

Excellent hotel, wonderfully helpful service staff, in particular the gentleman Sergey/Sergei who was extremely helpful. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip to Spain, wide variety and freshly brewed coffee which was excellent. Bathroom was very large and spacious and tastefully designed.

Shower area's glass partition was not very good at keeping water from spraying out into the rest of the bathroom. Location was slightly further from town centre/train station/bus station as well, perhaps they can consider providing complimentary transport for guests, especially given their price point which is generally higher than most hotels in the area.

Staff is exceptional. Friendly and so helpful. They gave us an excellent orientation of the property and offered so many helpful tips about the town. They make the place!

Room type. While we loved the view and the room was beautifully appointed, there is one thing that we wanted to bring up. We got the loft style room with bedroom on second level. Stairs are quite steep and going down at night is precarious because floor is smooth (slippery if you're wearing socks). Use caution!

Fantastic hotel next to the Sitges promenade and beach. Very friendly staff, extremely good in house restaurant (The Michelin guide should visit them), nice terrace on the promenade side as well on the interior side with view on the sea water pool. Very luxurious rooms (certainly the duplex ones) with very spacious bathroom with bathtub and rainshower. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night, but we’ll definitely come back for a longer stay. 4 star rated, worth 5 stars!!!

We expected this to be a nice hotel and it was. Clean gorgeous rooms, beautiful lobby and excellent pool. We didn’t expect staff to be so accommodating. One day my daughter wasn’t feeling well and they offered to bring our breakfast to our room. They had a little bath pack for our toddler, the restaurant took our orders ahead of a big group so that we weren’t stuck waiting for food with a toddler. I was so surprised by how good of a place this was to stay with a baby. Tip: get the room off the main floor terrace so that you can dine or sit out back after your kid(s) are asleep!

It was great

Only issue was that the staff tended to mind the restaurant at the front of hotel, and were not always available to guests staying at hotel in pool area. While there was a bar back there with a lunch menu, you had to often try and find someone for a drink or to order lunch. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, the main issue was not having the guest bar/lunch area staffed consistently.

Outstanding hospitality. Staff go out of their way to go the extra mile and are very kind. Our flight left early before breakfast time and we were provided with a picnic bag containing a selection of breakfast items. The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. The room had a very large double bed and a nice Porcelanosa bathroom furnished with toiletries from Rituals. The little details matter. Covid precautions are taken very seriously. Lovely relaxing swimming pool area with lounge chairs and towels. The food in the restaurant is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and are pleased that we stayed here at Casa Vielella in Sitges rather than in downtown Barcelona.

Check-in was personalized and professional. Facilities are impeccable. Stayed in Room 11 of 12 total rooms. Hotel is located a short walk from downtown area and right on the beach. Could not ask for more.

Nothing. Was a great hotel with lots of charm and character. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Sitges.
