it’s good, I stay here and recommend for my friends, but last time I had accident. they overcharged some money from my card

at check out I informed front desk, that I took water and drinks from minibar, and I paid for that. after 12 hours after checkout they charged again 13 eur for minibar from my card. I wrote an email asking for invoice report for what they charged me additionally. still I didn’t get anything. they just told coffee , but coffee tablet is 1 eur! means they overcharged 10 eur for nothing. means these guys have some disorder in organisation. now they don’t reply to me. not nice !

Smooth fast check in with very friendly staff. The room was great although not large it was really well equipped and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on. It was large, soft (foam) which is exactly what we like (we hate firm mattresses lol). Having both a coffee machine AND kettle was brilliant. Amenities in the spa circuit were great. Sky bar fantastic.

Slow wait for the elevator at times but we were in no rush so no big deal. Also the shower control wouldn't stay on, it woudl shut. We needed to use a hairband to keep it on to take a shower (I am surprised housekeeping would not have escalated this to be fixed). But these are minor things. Overall fantastic!

The facilities within the hotel, plus the easy location into the main part of Sitges, 5 mins away from everything.

The roof top pool area. It is very small, the sunbeds can only be used if you lay on your back as they are curved, so you cannot lie on your front. Not many sunbeds and the area around the pool is small, the pool is small in itself. Restaurant staff not particularly great, too busy to be helpful I think. Parts of the spa were not working when we stayed - the water jets were turned off.

Great attention to guest's . we had a junior suite. great value for money. The older lady that was in charge of breakfast for most of our weeks stay was incredible & I told her so. When she was not there, not so good. Alec on the desks more than helpful. A great stay.....loved it.

Bathroom lighting is a problem in most hotels. lights nead to be facing you, not overhead, It applies to men as well as women

Their staff was amazing. The Hotel feels beyond 5 Star. When there was a mist they offer and umbrella. I've asked for their pillow supplier as they were the best pillow I've ever experience. I didn't use it but the spa facilities were beyond anything I've ever seen in a hotel. The room layout is very cool and the view of Sitges was great. Rooftop is very cool. Super nice place and staff!

Superb location - moments from the beach and the central area/restaurants - modern, clean, well-designed hotel with excellent reception area. Efficient, friendly staff, nice rooms, good air conditioning, and daily cleaning was thorough the spotless. My party had 3 different rooms/room types - we were on the 2nd floor, they were in two rooms on the 6th. The rooftop bar was excellent,

Nothing, really. When we checked in we only had 3 coat hangers, but more were rapidly supplied by the cleaners outside, and they were proper wooden hangers, which was nice :) I think next time we will get a room with a little balcony outside so we can better dry swimwear, but other than that nothing to dislike. I'd seen reviews about poor aircon (rubbish - all three rooms we had were excellent on this front), unfriendly staff (again, we not only saw no evidence of this but every member of staff we met were friendly, helpful, proactive).

The hotel was luxury compare to others in the area. All amenities were modern and clean. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and only a few blocks from the shops, bars and main attractions like the church. There was housekeeping everyday. The spa was a nice treat.

They need to improve food choices for breakfast buffet. They need more staff in the retaurant and skybar to keep up with the number of customers.

The corner junior suite was big and beautiful with lots of light. Separate rain shower and tub. Also liked the corridor floor lights lighting up as you walk. Efficient use of energy.

Pool towels should be handed out/turned in at the rooftop pool instead of reception. Inconvenience for guests. The hotel has computer system that should easily track checkin/out of towels if necessary.

The room was great, clean and spacious with a generous sized bed. There was a 'modesty' screen only between the bedroom and the bathroom which might be worth knowing about..

The roof top bar was a bonus but annoyingly booked out for 2 whole afternoons we were there by outside groups. The pool area itself is v small and has no shade at all

Great modern 4-star hotel in a perfect location. The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were really big with all the amenities you'd expect. The rooftop bar is really cool.

The spa was rather underwhelming and some of the facilities weren't working during my stay. The bed (which was 2 single beds pushed together) was a bit too soft. The room was a little dark.
