Cannot praise the staff highly enough. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Anything we requested was provided with a smile. Service was way above what we expected and made our stay. Excellent breakfast choice every morning and cooked eggs available on request. Hot and cold choices. Stayed in a basic double room which was perfect. No view or balcony but we were aware of this. Our stay coincided with very high temperatures so probably would not have used a balcony!

There was a good choice for breakfast and all was to good standard and very tasty, especially liked the veg/fruit juice. Staff were very nice and friendly, and really helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day without fail.

The people in the room next to ours were coming back early hours of the morning, and although that is fine for them to also enjoy their holiday, they were not considerate of the noise the front door made when closing, this woke us up many times. This changed when they checked out.

Location is perfect for town and the beach. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere is very chilled. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The cleaners worked incredibly hard and it was spotless. Breakfast was delicious with a great range of food.

My room was advertised as garden view but it was a view of a mouldy roof. I tripped and twisted my ankle on a hole in the lawn. I told the staff but nobody repaired it. So I am now hobbling around barcelona on a sprained ankle.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the town centre and a street away from the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful, really clean and charming, the staff are so kind and attentive nothing is too much to ask. This was our second stay at this hotel and as before it did not disappoint. The breakfast at the hotel is outstanding, loads of choice and beautiful fresh produce. I have stayed in many places all over the world but there is something extra special about the hotel Capri.

A Lovely hotel with character. Reception staff was the best - best in class - and I have travelled a lot for work and pleasure and these people were so welcoming and friendly and made you feel at home right away. We stayed only one night...but we for sure consider to come back for a longer holiday stay! What could have been better is the breakfast... would have been nice with a broader selection of hot dishes like eggs omelette bacon etc. We also missed apple juice on the breakfast buffet. small things that could easily be included and improve the rating of the breakfast.

Perfect location, very close to the beach and center of Sitges. A lot of choices for breakfast, far more than I expected. The hotel is in a charming old building. My room was quite old, but clean. Probably it’s not a hotel I will remember forever, but it was good enough for my needs.

Walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbours coming back in the night, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. The bed frame was quite squeaky, but for two nights it was ok. In general, the price was quite high as for 1 person, but I guess that’s the thing in Sitges

Sebastion at front desk was excellent, he always tried his very best to assist us. The room was slightly smaller than we thought, without any balcony however we were the last ones to check in at 9pm so ended up with the not the best room. The service from all staff was excellent, great location to everywhere. Breakfast was very good, overall, a very nice boutique hotel would certainly come back.

All of the team were super friendly and helpful. This is a nice authentic hotel The rooms were clean and comfortable great bathroom in the room we had. The pool area was quiet and relaxing if you needed a break

All the rooms are so different would have liked a small terrace or balcony but that’s the luck of the draw. Would be nice if the restaurant did lunch or drinks during the day if having a pool day although very close to town

Location, front desk staff very friendly and speaks English fairly, room size, cleanliness in the room and all around the property Nice pool with sunbeds, Free self service coffee machine all day long.

The huge wooden chain of the room key that you have to keep at the reception every time you go out is very annoying The room was outdated and needs some maintenance. No place to dry out towels and swimwear, not even a drying wire in toilet Staff in Breakfast room never smiled or greeted anyone during my whole stay, it felt weird.

This hotel is made up of several charming old villas, with pretty gardens & a lovely pool area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was decorated in a Middle Eastern theme, and we loved the large walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet is extremely varied. Fruit, veg, different proteins, juices, breads, and pastries, too. The location is superb. Walking distance to the boulevard, beaches and many restaurants, bars & shops.
