This place is a wee gem for the price, very modern and perfect for the family, I took a 2,7,8 year old and they loved being here, The pools accommodate all their swimming abilities even the baby pool was shaded and shallow. The food had great selection on the buffet but my kids just love hot dogs n nuggets which they did on tap at the pool bar. The entertainment was great and had different variety and mini disco for the kids, bars aren’t open late (12) so nice n quiet for the kids. air conditioning in the rooms are great and no extra charge for using it. The establishment is kept really clean would 100% go back it’s a must. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from he main strip where u will find a good selection of family friendly bars and lots of food and souvenir shops. when reading some of the reviews before booking we seen comments on people being placed down the street in another apartment block. This wasn’t the case for us, however the apartment block is literally a stone throw away and is equally as pleasing on the the eye. It has its own pool and eatery, so don’t be put off n by the negative comments.

Bar staff don’t like doing discounts on branded alcohol like Jack d martini etc cause it’s time consuming so they’ll chance not putting it through when you get 30% off being all inclusive. This was our case but was resolved swiftly with the manger and he addressed it with the staff so one to watch.

standard breakfast, always the same but with fair choice and tasty, coffee, tea, pancakes, meat, eggs, fruit etc. ... you will not be hungry dinner with nice selection, you pay for drinks (as we did not have AI) - but reasonably priced very clean and quite large rooms; safe box free; kitchen fully equipped off season so plenty of free sun beds really great reception service absolutely no issues with parking, it is for free and there are plenty of places; chargers for e-cars they really care about food allergies; many thanks to the blond lady from the restaurant that proactively printed and handed us in the list of meals along with all allergens; reception informed her upfront about our request two outside swimming pools of which one with slides for kids; fair size; small playground nice evening shows

location is a bit off the center - nothing big, just few minutes down the coast, actually a nice walk; quite a walk to the sandy beach

Me and my friend was here for 4 days and it was great. The standard room was not ok at all for us so we asked for an upgrade and on the reception they were nice and helped us out with the upgrade. Great, well equipped fitness rooms and I must say the breakfast is just really good and lot to choose from. The bad part is, you can get fat easily with such good food. I think it's mostly for families not single guys but at least it was peaceful and with a very nice sea view from the balcony. Restaurants really close, supermarket inside the resort and also very close to the hotel. On the reception they talk good English so that made communication easier(for beginner Spanish speakers like us). The park looks really good, perfect for early morning jogging or renting a bike and doings some cardio.

Well the standard room was smelly and on the base floor so we did not stay on base floor only 1 night(moved to upper floor). Also I am not saying that every guest is rude but there was a German guest who called me gipsy because ... of our great sun tan probably. Would be nice if such guests would be penalized for such behaviours, because guests should not insult each other... No beach close to the hotel, lot's of kids

This is an amazing resort, so clean the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in the seaview apartments for 6 nights and the rooms were so spacious. Our friends did not stay on the seaview side and I noticed their apartment was much smaller so it's worth the extra. There are simple self catering facilities in the room which meant that we could save and make our own lunches. We did the breakfast option inclusive which was a daily highlight for the kids as they had a wonderful time choosing from the very well stocked buffet. As we are coming from Africa we could not stretch our currency to do the fully inclusive but those meals did look wonderful. We found that the nearby restaurants are a pleasant stroll along the promenade and very reasonably priced. There is a store on site which stocks almost everything you need or a Spar in walking distance. This is a wonderful base to explore the island from.

It was great experience and i really enjoyed staying at hotel. AC is super great , breakfast is great value , super clean , bathroom is high class. Staff is supportive and present. Wifi is great , can watch movies and connects everywhere! Pool is great also. Kitchen has all amenities

Overall its a great place but there were some minuses also that could be adressed if management decides. 1. Laundry room is outdated and needs invesment. 2. Toilet tank fills very slowly. 3 Water tasted not ok in the tap. 4. Kids place was not that much usefull since i was expecting that i could leave kid for longer hours there.

Location. Sea view. Lots of sunbeds available. Those smiling, polite, welcoming members of staff.

Chaotic check in. Very slow with very long queues. Two buildings being checked in at one reception. I was early on arrival, I had to return to collect room key (as did many people) creating more people in reception. My room was opposite lifts, requested room change to a lovely Scandinavian lady - refused by her sour faced Spanish female superior (looked as if she had eaten lemons, some Customer Service Training wouldn't go amiss there!). Spanish kids (very noisey) playing football outside the lifts.

The apartment kitchen could be equipped with a sponge, kitchen towel and small amount of detergent

The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with a lot of places to park your car, a big variety of food, and a very nice location with plenty of small shops and restaurants. Great place to have evening walks with beautiful sea views.

None of the children's pools were heated and the main one (for children) was closed a couple of times. There's not a lot of place to sit in the evening program for kids for a such big hotel. Even if the food had a big variety, most of it lacked taste, did not look fresh, rather dry. You are not getting anything you asked for in the comments, but what they have at the moment you come, their answer - they are very busy. Prolly would not go there without kids or as a couple, as there are only families with kids

Room was bright and airy with modern decor . Got a full sea view which was absolutely amazing .staff were excellent all young and happy and helpful. One particular guy at the pool bar was exceptional. Wish I got his name he was so friendly. Very clean.

There were always abit of a qué at the pool bar. The pool was often very busy too. No quiet pool to do a swim yourself while the kids were in the busy pool. But still had an excellent time. But this is why I couldn't give it a 10. But I would definitely return and will still recommend to families

Breakfast, lunch and dinner all were excellent.. very clean, kids friendly and lot of activities for kids

The bed mattress were not at all comfortable.. sofa beds were far better than the actual bed
