Location was top notch. Bed was comfortable and the small kitchenette had everything required for simple meal. We didn't use it except for a coffee in the morning and a wine in the evening. A couple of coffee pods provided but if it's important to you maybe request cafe con leche or regular. Shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Quiet for sleeping although seems there might be 2 restaurants/pubs that are open in main tourist season in the plaza in front.

Shower small corner one that might be a problem for some. Way too much floral air freshener in the bathroom and could not locate where it comes from. Our particular room had more of a Juliet balcony so no place to sit outside but may be what I booked.

The place is lovely and the location in old town is very convenient. Our room had a very nice roof terrace. There is no front desk and all check-in was online, which was very fast and easy. However, having some staff on site can be helpful for special needs. We needed an iron, for example, but luckily we arrived in the morning and the person doing the room service and housekeeping (Rosario) was very friendly and helpful.

We don't have any trouble sleeping and we managed to do so OK. However, some people might find the central location a bit noisy. There was a street performer (playing guitar and signing) during lunch time, and noise from the people talking by the nearby bars at night.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old town amongst shops, restaurants and bars. The property was super clean and I was delighted it had a little kitchen for a cup of tea in the morning, our daughters room was upgraded by Amelia which was super nice of her, her room had a small kitchen and mezzanine bedroom with an outside terrace which she loved. Both rooms/apartments were good size and our bed was so comfy, it’s the best sleep I’ve had for a long time. We will definitely stay here again!

Nothing to dislike

The place was as described and looked like the photos. Hosts were responsive, providing details and info, upon request (including restaurant recommendations and where to buy basic necessities). I'd stay here again.

This is minor/nitpicky: I have only two suggestions for improvements, First would be to provide a map of where the location is/how to get here. Once you navigate your way here, it's easy to find again, but not easily findable via Google Maps or other mapping applications. Second, my room had the bed on the second floor, which was fine, but would be nice if there was an option for a night light or something, so that I could see the stairs to use the washroom in the middle of the night, without turning on all the lights.

Excellent location in the heart of old town, very well suited for people open to have fun any time and within walking distance. Soundproof windows, so the parties outside were not a problem. The rooftop terrace was great, with a table, sun beds and water tap for quick refresh or equipment rinse. A/C worked great.

Sand on the floor wasn’t cleaned. We had slippers so not a big problem, but this is the only thing that could be better.

Although there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, the room had a window to a small, quiet square right in the historic center of the city. The rooftop suite has a nice terrace with a view (and sunbeds). Equipped kitchen. A nice place for a multi-day stay and evening walks.

Parking is not possible on site. In the evening, you can't even drive into the historic part of the city to unload your luggage. The nearest parking lot is outside the historic center (approx. 16 euros per day): https://www.parkingsansebastian.es/

Location, cleanliness, complete kitchen utilities, spacious terrace, big bathroom, very comfortable bed & pillows, friendly & responsive management & staff. I felt at home and would highly recommend to light travellers who are comfortable navigating stairs

No lift, too many stairs going up to the 2nd floor where the hallway gets narrower; buzzing sound of appliances/electric current (?) that light sleepers might not like

The communication was very good, the check in and check out were very simple - all automatic. The room was very nice, I think that we had an upgrade for the room. It was very clean, quiet, the property is located right in the old city center of Tarifa. We had facilities for preparing coffee, tea. We stayed only one night in our way to Morocco. We found free parking near the location. The price for the value was very good. It is a very good option to stay in Tarifa.

Good location,lots of restaurants in old town. Neat tidy room,very comfortable bed. Kitchenette well equipped for short stay. Walking distance to ferry port. Recommend accommodation.

Difficult for taxis to do drop of at accommodation due to narrow streets. Had to walk cobble streets with heavy luggage,we struggled to find accommodation. Might be difficult for elderly travelers.

Very good location and property, Very nice room, bright and furnished with style. Nice view from the balcony. The private terrace on top is amazing, with great view on the fort, good for sunset lovers.

The bed was not comfortable. Bed frame was small for the mattress and the mattress was composed of two layers moving: we had to fix it a couple of times during our stay.
