Had interior rm 206. VG location. Walk from easy to find and park at Mirador Garage (to get discount bring parking ticket to hotel which stamps it, then do not use automatic pay machines in parking garage. Drive to garage exit gate and pay the actual person there to get your discounted rate). No street noise in room but hotel patrons walking on hallway floors can be heard in the room. Cathedral is a 10 minute walk. Other sights also nearby. Hotel door located downhill side of Zocodover Plaza. Somewhat hard to find.

Unrelated to the hotel, it was difficult to figure out where to pay the Mirador Parking Garage location to obtain the discounted hotel rate. See my notes under what I liked.

day and night staff was very nice and helpful. My room and bathroom were very clean, had everything I needed, even tho it had only a single bed. Location was great -right on the end of the Zocodover, and close to the bus to the train station. I had an inside room, so no noise. In the lobby, the brick ruins from the 16th century are pretty cool.

my room's window faced a small plain interior patio, so no view-- but it was real sunlight, and interior meant no street noise.

The location was absolutely amazing, located very close to Zocodover square. The staff was very kind, gentle and helpful, they kept our baggage before and after the check-in/out for us to visit the city freely and provided us with information for moving around. The room was very spacious, clean and very quiet for being in such a crowded part of the city

For us, nothing to mention. If only, the heating in the room was unreasonably high when we entered but we could turn it down immediately.

Hotel in the center beside Plaza ZocoDover. The hotel is a walk uphill from the train station. If you are travelling light and it is not too hot, it is a nice scenic walk (use google maps to make sure you come in over the medieval bridge - Puente Alcantara). If you have lots of luggage, just take the taxi from the train station. Great hotel if visiting for tourism, also great if you are there for work. Hotel is located straight across the road from the Palacio de Congresos (Trade Fair Building)! Air conditioning works really well (would need that in the summer). 2 bottles of complementary water in my fridge.

the location is right on the center of Zocodover where all the walking tours start. The room was way better than we expected. Nice flat TV, Air cond fully working, toilet with strong shower and free coffee downstairs at the Reception. The Receptionists where charismatic and helpful. i will come back . no

Spacious room with a big comfy bed. In the bathroom you could find hair conditioner and body lotion apart from the basic toiletries. The receptionists were very nice and helpful, also at the reception area you can have a free coffee/tea and water. The location is amazing! All in all, I highly recommend it.

Location of the hotel; the room was clean and quiet.

The feedback from my husband who stayed at the hotel: I checked in a few days later than I planned due to a flight delay (air company). I also sent the hotel an e-mail I received from the air company. The hotel manager said it was not valid and requested a direct e-mail from the air company to the hotel. I was unable to obtain such an e-mail from Wizz Air. The hotel charged me for the whole booking period.

The lady at reception (Nidia?) was super helpful. She even sorted out my bus connection to the station for me. Free water, tea and coffee was much appreciated as well. The building is beautiful and the location perfect.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I would definitely come back!

Although the room was a bit small it was perfect for myself travelling alone. It was comfortable, warm and quiet. Staff were helpful and the location was more than perfect. I could pop in and out of the hotel while travelling around Toledo. I felt very safe even with regards to Covid measures where all was sanitized and cleansed.

The only thing was that breakfast was not available, most probably because of the Covid measures.

The location is amazing

It was nice by and large, but it could be better announciated. We passed along the door and didn’t realize where it was. Maybe it’s not possible to put a bigger advertisement because of the location
