Check-in was a bit confusing, they did not have our reservation at first but they were eventually able to find it. Parking is around the block but easy to access and reasonably priced. Breakfasts were nice, I especially loved their tortilla. It was nice staying outside old Toledo, the hotel is situated close enough for a quick walk to the city for sightseeing.
The room was very hot even with the AC running, our room faced the sun most of the day. We also found a cockroach in the room. Would've preferred a room not facing the main road and on a higher level. The beds were typical European beds (firm), we pushed together two twin beds but they kept pushing apart, and my partner almost fell in between the beds in the middle of the night. Hotel seems to be popular with people there on business. Toledo is a strange town, beautiful, but it gave me the creeps.

Travelling alone with my dog the location is always important. The hotel is outside the main tourist area, which is why I chose it. There is a small park right next door to the hotel or you can walk down the hill to the nature trail that goes for miles alongside the river in both directions. Lovely room.
The room was too hot and the air con didn't make any difference. I had to open the window, and it was very noisy due to construction work going on opposite the hotel (which went on well after 9pm), not the hotels fault but you did ask what I didn't like. The amount of paperwork that you have to do when you check-in was incredible, it has to the the longest check-in at any hotel I've ever stayed in. On booking.com the hotel accepts dogs, but in the print from the hotel they only accept dogs up to 10kg (mine is 19kg which they accepted) and you have to sign a waver for damage etc. You pay too much for your dog to stay (never really understand why) and you have to pay extra for secure parking. You cannot park right outside.

Beautiful hotel, very fitting with the looks of the city itself. The staff was very nice also! We had an amazing night of sleep. The location is also conveniently located close to the city centre, while still being easy to reach by car.
The points below don’t lower my rating, but I need to mention them. - We paid 20 euros a night to have our dog and we weren’t allowed to have breakfast with him, AND we weren’t allowed to leave him by himself in the room, which means that we’d need to have breakfast separately if we purchased it (we chose not to). It would be nice if the hotel would offer free breakfast in the room for this scenario. - The online check in system doesn’t work properly and is very confusing. I think it was only tested with Spanish is cards, but that’s only my suspicion! I kept receiving conflicting messages in my Booking.com inbox, saying I was checked in and the saying that I wasn’t.

To be honest…everything, very warm and welcoming, understandably they have closed the restaurant for evening meals, but do offer full room service. The meal we had was excellent very nicely presented, hot and delicious 😋 The breakfast had a very adequate choice. The room was large, the bed was presented beautifully and very comfortable. we travelled with our dog, they provided Walter with a lovely large bed which he loved and a food/water bowl. Thank you to all the staff it was first class. We travel from the U.K. to Southern Spain often and we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely big room. Comfortable bed. Excellent location, very close to the old town. Parking was v convenient. Excellent breakfast. Dogs are allowed, although not in public areas. We went to breakfast separately but that was fine. There was a v comfortable dog bed in the room. Very interesting building.
No room service on Friday and Saturday. We had been travelling all day and arrived quite late. We had our dog with us and it was too cold to sit outside at a restaurant. We decided to order food via room service but it was unavailable on Fridays. This should be stated on booking.com. If we had known we could have stopped at a supermarket to buy some food. Also, booking.com says it has a bar but it doesn't.

Parking outside of hotel. Helpful staff, pleasant check in. Room lovely and clean, comfortable beds. Quiet. Dog friendly, Dougal had a bed provided and a bowl. Pleasant stay. Walking distance of city centre.
Couldn’t use any amenities as dogs are not allowed anywhere. Spain is so behind the rest of Europe with regards to dogs in bars etc, mind you they still enjoy bullfighting so the dog thing won’t change for the foreseeable future 😡.

Nice hotel in a good area just opposite the bull ring and just outside the historic centre - a 10 minute walk to the old town (15-20 minutes to get right into the heart of it). Decent room with a good sized bathroom. Helpful staff. Had its own underground parking for guests.
Hotel rooms, lobby area etc all generally felt quite dark. Pillows uncomfortable - although that’s a matter of personal preference. Parking charge was 15 Euros a day. Admittedly most hotels that have their own underground parking charge similar amounts. Almost all street parking was metered and hard to park for any length of time on the street due to the restrictions - despite being outside the historic centre. We understand we could have parked for free beyond the ring road if we were ok with the longer walk.

Our room was extremely comfortable. The bed was just like heaven. Air conditioner was very efficient and quiet. The room and bathroom were really big and well designed. We loved cozy bathrobes, slippers, quality bath cosmetics. In addition, this hotel is pet friendly, has a parking garage and is in the walking distance from the old town. We would choose this hotel chain again when in Spain.
We decided on this type of the room looking on the pictures on Booking - the initial picture was with nice view from the windows and even with some kind of balcony. But in the reality there were nothing of it. The window overlooked the inner yard - yes, it was very quiet, but the view was just depressing. It would be better for Booking to change the pictures so as not to mislead customers. Also we didn't like plastic cups for hot drinks, disposable spoons and soluble coffee sticks - we were using our own grinded coffee instead.

The bedroom was very nice and cosy with a very comfortable bed. We particularly liked the bathroom. Not because of what it contained (even though that may have had a role), but rather because of its style. It was truly pretty. The staff is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would probably come back.
We do not really have any complaints except maybe that the cards to access our bedroom kept on demagnetizing so we had to ask several times at the reception to have them working again. Only possible complaints really :)

I liked the location. You could walk to everything easily. We had a room with a balcony which was very nice. When we came back from touring there was a bus load of kids checking in and we got worried about noise and breakfast in the morning but they were very quiet and didn’t see them in the morning must have gone really early.
The restaurant was closed but there was a good one right next door that we ate at.
