Large room with superb view of Toledo. Good parking. Friendly efficient staff except a rude breakfast time waitress. Book ahead for dinner if you want to eat before 9.30pm in peak periods.

It's 6km out of Toledo so need to find parking, I suggest Miradero which is close to centre or a taxi. Good breakfast although dinner was average. Pillows not comfortable.

An incredible property. Yes, its out of Toledo but takes about 5 minutes (max) to reach the parador, and cost us no more than Euro 10, normally around 8. The view from the terrace and restaurant is beautiful - Toledo is laid out before you, and a glass of wine with the croquettes on the terrace will forever be a favourite evening of ours. We had a Standard Double room - it was enormous! A wonderful view over the pool and down towards the town with the sunset. It was immaculate and even the tv remote had been sterilised which is something I wish all hotels would do! We loved it here - we ate in the restaurant and although it was quiet, the food was tasty and beautifully presented. We did not have breakfast but tea and drinks on the terrace were delicious. Would highly recommend and fabulous value for money. Shower pressure was strong, supplied shampoos etc smelt gorgeous. Exceeded all of our expectations.

A very small comment: I wish they had feather pillows. I understand why hotels do not but I wish they did.

We have stayed at many Paradors but this one in Toledo is our favourite by far. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant suprise. The views from the superior rooms are worth the extra expense and are the same from the cafe terrace. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the facilities. After an exhausting day either travelling or sight seeing, curl up in the large comfy bed with netflix for a good nights slleep. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of choice and helpful staff on hand. Excellent all round.

It would be very diffult to fault this Parador so I cannot comment.

The hotel is located in a hill outside of the city, so the views of Toledo are stunning both day and night. We loved the personal balcony in our room and the view it provided. We also took advantage of the pool, which was a great way to relax after a long day our tourism. And the life guard was very attentive, which is always a good sign.

The breakfast was really disappointing for the price. For 20€ I except more options and variety. There were no veggies to start off the day. And you had to order hot food and it took forever to flag someone down to order. I recommend going somewhere else.

The view. That’s what everyone is going to say, and it’s not a lie. The view is magnificent. Make sure you set aside a couple of hours for sitting on the balcony to watch Toledo as the sun goes down. Although Toledo looks so close you could reach out and grab it, it is a €10 taxi ride away due to hills and bridges, so you will not be wandering into town on foot. The staff are helpful to arrange the taxis and friendly and treat you very well, and the whole place feels special.

Not a complaint because we could have asked reception to help, but we could not work out how to switch on the aircon, and gave up in the end. There had been a thunderstorm so the air was quite cool - we didn’t notice till quite late that the aircon was not on. When we came in from the balcony, showered and wanted to cool the room down we found we couldn’t. I guess if it had been really uncomfortable we would have called someone even if it was late.

The parking is extremely easy, the receptionist staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the property itself was beautiful. It is well placed to reach the town with a wonderful high position to look down on the lights at night. The restaurant is set is a great place to eat and overlooks the lights of the old city. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Nothing significant. Worth noting, in our room the main switch at night turned off both the lights and socket power, which is a problem if you are charging phones etc overnight.

The views are stunning and the leisure areas very good ie pool, sunbathing area etc. The majority of staff were delightful although one of the members of staff was rather rude and surly at breakfast when asked to set another place setting!

We booked a Junior Suit which was disappointing - for that class of room it did not have a balcony and the sitting area is dark and bare. We wished that we had booked a normal room as we did not even use the sitting area. The bathroom although clean, was tired - the shower head spurted water out all over the place and needs renewing. The dressing table in the bedroom was too small and didn't leave much room for our items. Overall the suite was not as expected for the price. Another observation is that the terrace is short of tables and chairs - we struggled finding a table on Sunday. Finally we thought breakfast, although good was too expensive at 20 euros per head regardless of having continental or a cooked breakfast.

This place is in a spectacular location overlooking Toledo. The views are stunning and the old Spanish style of the hotel is ideal for this spot. The rooms are very large and perfectly comfortable. There's a large terrace out front where you can sip drinks and watch the view. It seems some people come just to do that. Beautiful day and night

I wish the pool was open. We stayed in May so I guess we were just ahead of opening but it was hot out and would have been refreshing

the property is outside the city and not really in walking distance. What it does though is look down over the city for the most spectacular views from rooms and terraces you can see all of the sites throughout the day and into the night when they are lit up. the rooms are a very good size, I have used a normal room and suite here and both are generous in proportions. the bar, lobby and decor are tasteful and interesting. the terrace over the city exceptional. there is no better place to take pictures of the city in my opinion.

nothing. don’t stay if you don’t want to take a taxi or drive into the city but its a small price to pay for the spectacular views

The hotel as well as the restaurant are simply fabulous, the views are incredible, the food is great and the staff very friendly. I could not think of a better place for a holiday. The Hotel is out of town (this is why you have these incredible views of Toledo from there). We loved to do the walk to town every day and it is a very nice walk. However, guests should be either happy walking or have a car.
