Comfortable room with great views of the city. Good parking. Easy to get into the old town with a short taxi ride or using the bus stop right outside the hotel. Great that we could use the Turkish bath nude.

Turkish bath took a good 30 minuted to warm up from when you asked it to be switched on and should be open later than 5.00pm. Also no hooks to hang a towel or robe. A rest area for the hammam would be welcome too. The room was a bit hot, but luckily we had our own fan.

The view was breathtaking, the staff was very professional and the room was very comfortable. There was frequent bus service and the price for a taxi to the center of town was very affordable. The area was very quiet and scenic.

The exercise room was very small and the equipment was very limited. Needs a quality treadmill and an elíptical machine. Also, the hotel dis not have a restaurant, only a bar that served a few basic food items.

We arrived late after a long drive from Bilbao. Reception lady was superb- booked us in straight away- rang restaurant to book us but it was full- rang a round and got another restaurant which was very good. Room lovely- with superb views of the old city by night. Breakfast- self service but plenty choice and very good. Parking is good. Location is walking distance to old town. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Breakfast good, rather expensive for a continental breakfast, but biggest complaint as an English person was no tea that was acceptable and no lunch time service even in bar

Lack of elelectrical outlets in the room. We could only find one in the bathroom to charge all our phones and a tablet. Also, the refrigerator makes noise intermittently. It woke me up when the noise came on during the night.

Very friendly staff, big rooms, comfortable bed and lovely view from our terace.

Breakfast was mediocre- no fresh veg. My parents stayed at the hotel at the same time, unfortunately they had to change rooms- the original room had no functional fridge, no shower gel and no slippers.

Gorgeous views of Toledo and its surroundings, feels very special waking up to that. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very nice and helpful staff. Stayed for just a night as a travelling stop, and wish to return to stay longer again.

A very welcoming hotel located across the valley from the walled city, offering lovely wide open space views of the surrounding countryside of Toledo. Very easily accessible with a car and ample free parking on site.

The staff were really helpful, suggesting a walking tour of Toledo and good selection of tapas from the menu.

Noises from the septic tank immediately below the room balcony which could have been screened.

The view from our window of was amazing! At night, Toledo was beautiful. The streets were narrow and to drive them was harrowing given our lack of sleep, but the AC Hotel was a haven of comfort and charm! Both the evening and morning concierges spoke English, a HUGE help, given our limited Spanish fluency.

There was no dinner served on the premises and due to Covid restrictions our Monday night stay left us tired and hungry, as there were no close restaurants open. This was not the fault of the AC Hotel, we just chose to go to bed to sleep off our jet lag.
