The locality is very cosy, touristic with lot of restaurants all around, but calm. Apartments are tastefully and practically designed. We bought great food in the Central Market 5 minutes by walk and made a breakfast. I would like to underpin the services and communication with all staff. They were very helpful and polite.

Unfortunatelly at first we got the apartment in the second floor and oriented to the lesser street just with two windows. Due to that position the space was quite dark. We asked for the change and the next day they granted our request and we got the ap with balcony in the third floor oriented to the opposite side. In the building there are twelve aps so in case of longer stay (as we did) I recommend to avoid aps number 3 and 6. For one or two nights it would be just fine.

Everything was perfect. We appreciated the high level of services offered, it was like being in a hotel with the space of an apartment. Also especially appreciated a particular attention to the presence of our 2 years daughter (many gadgets for her staying in the apartment) and some requests made by my wife who is pregnant were immediately satisfied. The staff was all very kind and always helpful. I strongly recommend this structure.

The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noise from the other apartments + I would suggest to add a coat hanger in the apartment + I would suggest to better block the mirror in front of the entrance of the apartment because it doesn't seem super stable. However, our staying was great and nothing of this ruined it, these are just very small improvements.

We were travelling with an 11 months old baby and that apartment was absolutely perfect, it had everything we needed: upon request the hosts provided us with a cot with sheets, a high chair, a small bath and even a blender to prepare purées for our baby, and we had a room with separate bedroom and bathroom. Everything was super clean and functional and the apartment looked exactly like in the pictures, everything seemed brand new. We were afraid that the kitchen would be very simple but despite being small it was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook proper breakfast and dinner, up to the small details like olive oil and daily refills of coffee pads. The bed was super comfortable, bathroom fully functional, air conditioning worked very well. We were there six nights and barely heard any noise from the street below. Ladies at the reception (1-2 mins walk in a different building) were super nice and available 24/7. And finally the location could not have been better, in the heart of the old town and a few minutes walk from the metro station. Would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Valencia!

I cannot think of a single thing... Everything was perfect!

Very clean, had everything you could need including a peeler, is centrally located, has great, friendly personnel in the related hotel where you do the check-in, the bed and sofa bed are comfortable, which is not always a given, has two TVs on adjustable arms, thick curtains to block light. There are bottles of water in the refrigerator and you get new ones daily. The cleaning crew is professional and deserves praise. Compared to other places in Valencia we stayed at, it was really good.

At least in room 1, if you sleep on the sofa bed, you get to hear the building door buzz every time someone enters, their steps as they climb the stairs, their conversations, and their footsteps in the upstairs apartment if they decide not to take off their shoes. You also hear anyone talking outside, including those waiting to get into a bar. Bring ear plugs. In the main bedroom, the TV has a very bright status light, but it can be unplugged or covered with the curtain. The remotes for the TVs interfere with each other, so you need to block the IR light with the door or your body. First world problems, I know.

Amazing central Location for the old town. All the staff that I met. Especially Ines on reception but also the ladies on what’s all were amazing. Very clean. Newly refurbished. I would def book another one if this groups apartments if I come again.

WiFi was a bit intermittent. Smart tv couldn’t get signal in bedroom. However I was out and about a lot so not too much fuss and they offered to sort it out immediately. Apartment could do with some more finishing touches.. just decorative. A bit grey and plain but that’s just my opinion.

Very clean and modern one bedroom apartment. Central A/C was great! Kitchen was efficient and had everything we needed. Location was excellent close to everything including Plaza Ayuntamiento and the Nord train station. Cleaning service was nice to have. Most comfortable pullout couch I've ever experienced (we were a group of 4). Bed was super comfortable also. Luggage storage was available which was so awesome since we had a later flight. Staff was very nice and friendly.

There was nowhere to hang stuff to dry - a few door hooks or a drying rack would have been great. WiFi worked well in kitchen area only but not as well or at all in back bedroom.

It is in the very center of the old city, very close to public transportation including metro. It's very clean and it was cleaned daily. The host have been extremely helpful throughout our stay. The bed was large and confortable.

The street below was a bit noisy with people going in and out a nearby rooftop bar, but nothing we couldn't sleep through. The bedroom is less noisy, the sofa on the other hand is right next to the window overlooking the bar entrance.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Valencia. We were greeted by a very helpful reception staff who provided great advice on what to do in the city and we were also able to book some attractions like the Bioparc and oceanografic with them which was very convenient. The apartment had everything we needed for us and our toddler, including a cot for him. We had an issue with the shower which was fixed the very same day which was fantastic. Highly recommend!!

Buildings is very centrally located for exploring Las Fallas, just steps from the Ayuntamiento Plaza. Apartment was spacious, clean, and the bed firm and comfortable.

For Las Fallas, expect lots of noise, pretty much all day long and well into the night. So bring good ear plugs for sleeping. The street below is very busy and the Plaza + streets are jammed with people around the daily fireworks at 2 pm. Be prepared to not even reach the apartment between 1:30 and 2:15 pm due to the crowds.

Superb modern clean compact accommodation in fabulous central location close to city attractions, bus stop for beach and tourist hop on off bus stop. Cafes, shops, restaurants literally on your doorstep. Apartment situated in narrow road with no traffic so minimum traffic noise. Hotel staff who assist with checkin extremely helpful and friendly. Short walk from metro too.

There is a rooftop bar and restaurant opposite building which is fabulous to visit but some noise late at night when revellers leaving for short period.
